The open-air bath attached to the room was the best. During my stay, I went there as many times as I had the chance. In addition, the staff at check-in in the room and at the restaurant were very responsive, and we had a wonderful time. The food, both dinner and breakfast, is delicious and the portions are just right. The local Kagura ``Yamata no Orochi'' performed by the staff was a reasonable amount of time, and it was a meaningful time that allowed us to feel the charm of the area. We also enjoyed the free popsicles available after taking a bath in the public bath, which is a familiar sight in the world. I think it's a wonderful inn where you can feel the hospitality that is unique to the Hoshino resort world, and you'll want to come back again.

星野リゾートには初めて宿泊しました。部屋にヒノキの露天風呂が付いているタイプにしましたが、良かったです。もちろん大きなお風呂もあり、大きな露天風呂もあり、どちらも楽しめました。でも何より、朝晩の料理は最高でした。

地元で近くにあり、折角なので利用してみようと思い、夫婦と子ども1人で滞在しました。たまたま、1日予約が空いていたので、この際と思い、宿泊しました。 出雲とは名前がついていますが、実際は松江市の玉造温泉の近くにあります。 地元をコンセプトにしているとのこと。館内には地元の美術作家さんの作品が並んでいます。その地の作品を鑑賞して、少し心が和みました。 温泉は、玉造温泉。大浴場は、内風呂と露天風呂。サウナやうたせ湯は、ありませんが、余計なものはなく、純粋に温泉を楽しむには良いなと思いました。 余談ですが、私が滞在した時、白バラ牛乳のアイスキャンディーが風呂上がりには用意されています。とてもおいしかったので、今後続けて欲しいです。 夕食は、腹八分目で丁度良かったです。地元の食材が丁寧に調理されています。 味も抜群においしかったです。 エンターテイメントの神楽は、体験版ということもあり、少し物足りなさを感じました。稽古を重ねて、より良くなればなと思います。 ここまでなら普通の旅館です。 ただ、私がレビューを書こうと思った理由にもなりますが、何よりも旅館の心遣いが大変良かったです。 荷物は、運んでいただくのは当然かもですが、子どもがいる私達家族に気配りを大変良くしていただきました。 子どもの離乳食を暖めてくれたり、私達夫婦のデザートのときには、子どもがグズってしまったのですが、その際「お部屋までお持ちしましょうか？」と言ってくださり、最後までお料理を楽しませてくれました(常にあるサービスではないと思います。求めても出てこないとは思います)。 上記のように私達の状況にあわせ、おもてなしをしていただきました。大変有り難く、滞在を心地よく過ごさせていただきました。 子育て世代には、料金が少し張りますので、頻繁には行けないと思います。 しかし、何かの機会にまた訪れてみたいと思う次第です。 暖かいおもてなしに感謝の気持ちを伝え、筆を置きます。 ありがとうございました。
