The location is excellent, which is exact as the name across Matsue station. The staff from the front desk are very nice. You can pick up some daily necessities near the front desk (e.g. toothbrush, comb, teabags). I can open a 30 inch luggage and still have reasonable space in my room. The public bath is a bit small but cosy. It is worth to give a try if you wish to stay in Matsue overnight.

The hotel is located beside Songdao Lake in Songjiang. The high-rise window overlooks the lake. The exterior of the hotel is not very large, looks inconspicuous, and the layout is thoughtful and thoughtful. Japanese-style rooms are clean and comfortable in the evening. It is a little far from Matsue Station, about 10 minutes walk, between Matsue Station and Ichibata Station to Izumo, so it is a good choice for traveling.

We can't speak Japanese, can't communicate, sister took the initiative to take us in to do translation order, really people feel very touched!

However, at the same time as I was seated, the grilled food and the fire of the pot were ignited, so the meat was baked before eating the thing that I wanted to eat first, such as appetizers and sashimi, or the meat was boiled too much. - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is large, very new, and full of sunshine, but you don't often encounter service staff. You need to take the trolley yourself and return your luggage to the designated location on the first floor.
