Simple and great hotel, look old but it is more to a classic woody design.
Specifically giving a thumb up to their customer service, not calculative at all, full patient and smile is always with them even do we checking at the late night.
The room is clean and big, but the only bad thing is the sound proof of the room have to make some improvement…
3-5min walk to the nearest 7-11 convenient stall for your supper.
English and Japanese style breakfast.

It had all the basic facilities and services you would expect from a good hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay. The location is very convenient for sightseeing in Matsumoto and I am very satisfied.

Overall it's good, the staff is friendly. But we stayed for three consecutive days, it would be better if the hotel staff could change the garbage bags every day!

The hotel has a long history and the rooms are small, especially the bathroom. This is certainly not a hotel problem.
The service provided by the grandma and grandpa at the front desk is very good. They are very old and try their best to communicate in English. Thank you to them.
