Breakfasts are not very good at all, the gym is always closed, you have to go to the reception for the key, the lock broke three times. The beach is good.

Overall the hotel is great, but what is even greater are the people working there. All the smiles and talks with every one of the staff we had made us enjoy the trip even more. Special thanks to our cleaner Emmanuel, breakfast waiter Ankit and the hotel manager JP for all the help and friendly conversations! Just go there! The hotel arranges amazing trips and taxi drivers and basically anything you could need during your stay! We'd love to visit them again.

We booked this hotel through Mercury Holidays for four weeks. On arrival we were shown to a disgusting dirty basic room, although we had paid for a Superior one. On complaining and threatening to leave they changed us to a nice room. All inclusive does not start until 14.00 hours if arriving early morning you will not be allowed anything unless you pay for it. If you are going on an excursion early morning before the restaurant opens they will not provide you a small breakfast to eat in your room before you go. The food s pretty basic with limited variety. The tropical garden as advertised is three pools surrounded by paving with a few palm trees and a few tropical plants It is small and very claustrophobic with music playing most of the day. Not light and airy and relaxing as the brochure says. The free WFI doesn't work most of the time and reception are not helpful or friendly The beach is approx.5 minutes walk across a busy main road. It is dirty full of boats with limited swimming due to it being rope off. We were so put of with this holiday we left after 12 days at our own expense. We have been to Mauritius 5 times and this the worst experience we have had. Mauritius is a lovely country with beautiful beaches and friendly people. But I wouldn't, recommend this hotel for the best experience of Mauritius

Everything was very fine. Location was good. Ocean is near, just 250 meters. Hotel provided us with the towels. On the beach there are as a big shadow as the paid sunbeds.No wind no waves. the food was always excellent in both quality and variety. Our room was large clear and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and always went out of their way to accommodate us. We are going to visit Le Palmiste Resort & Spa one more time this year.

Everything was perfect, our stay in le palmiste hotel with my wife was amazing, room, food, bar, pool, evening shows, aqua gym, we just loved it :) . And special thanks to le palmiste hotel staff, absolutely amazing, everybody extremely kind, nice and extremely helpful. Special thanks to my football friend from le palmiste. I hope we will come again, René (Liverpool fan) and Hana. 🥰🇲🇺 Absolutely enjoyed our vacation, recommend this hotel to everyone.
