Big complex and all you need . It's been bought out and upgrades are being put in place. Sports facilities there if you have the energy. 45 mins from Kruger national park. Good midway point for Kruger.

The room was decrepit. Dirty. Dark. Disappointing. The tile on the shower floor is buckled and sloped, making it slick and dangerous when water pools. The shower walls are full of visible mold. The sheets and comforter had brown dirt between them, and when I asked for clean sheets they were just tossed on my suitcase. Some days I had soap; other days they took it and didn’t replace it. The doors are falling apart, with chunks missing. The sliding glass door on the first floor has no safety dowel rod. I’ve traveled the world, including a number of rural areas in countries such as Honduras, and never stayed in a worse place. That being said, the dining staff was so very kind, and the food was wonderful. The grounds were lovely too, lush and well kept. But the rooms need to be bulldozed and built over.

This resort has so much potential. It is spacious and the grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately, it lacks the basics such as a hair dryer in the rooms!! When I asked the reception for one, they did not really make the effort and/or seem apologetic. Our room was spacious and had a nice view. But the door when we closed it was loud! I think it woke up everyone in the vicinity. Dinner was included as was breakfast during our stay. Dinner choices were ok from lamb to fruit. The service was good and it was clean.

Nice looking hotel in the pictures. The pool whilst looking big is only 1m to 1.1m deep so not quite the Olympic experience. Well equipped gym but our room keys didn’t open the door. Good breakfast and evening buffet. The outside bbq dinner the meat was very dry. Rooms clean and spacious with Wi-Fi, kettle, fridge. We were a large group but none of us had a working safe. Well placed for the Kruger park.

The excellent staff is what makes this place. They always went above and beyond. I went for a run in the morning around the football pitches - the housekeeping staff cleaned the grass and dirt off my running shoes which I never would have expected or asked for. Breakfast and a couple dinner buffets were included with our package. The food was always fresh and hot. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the room needed a little help. We were in G7 and one of the lamps was missing a light bulb and one of the ceiling lights was out. They said maintenance would come fix it but they never did. Also, in the bathroom there was only one tiny light which is located between in the shower stall and sink. It's not enough light and we felt we were showering in the dark. The shower tile could use an upgrade as well. The room had a nice patio and overlooked a pond with a couple chairs. It was great to sit outside and relax but we wished the door to the patio had a screen so we could enjoy the weather and not use the A/C. We did leave the door open for a few minutes but some mosquitos and a little lizard got inside so we closed it. We didn't end up needing to go, but there were Ubers available to get into town for a trip to the grocery store or restaurant if needed. It was less than a ten minute trip to town.

Our stay from 24 to 27 December 2023 was okay. The receptionist was very warm and her demeanor positive. The superior room we booked was okay but cleaners must try to be thorough in their cleaning. Please control ants and spiders. The room will also have an appeal once flooring is improved. The sports fields were far from what is advertised - condition poor.

My family and I stayed here because of package deal we got with Exocticca travels, Huge property sitting on some acres, yard or lawn well kept, the rooms that Exocticca chose for their guest was dilapidated, we were there for 4 nights,this hotel it’s has the new side and the old side, if your staying on old side which we did in section C,H,F the rooms are distasteful, old, don’t even speak about the bathrooms, shower tiles,Staff seems friendly, I couldn’t wait to leave!! This hotel needs a revamp

Huge complex! We stayed in H-31 which was a King Bedroom. Well-appointed and comfortable. On our first night this area was in black out, but the complex had backup generation. It did impact availability of hot water the first night of our stay. The restaurant has a very nice buffet style dinner and breakfast. Large selection of foods. Clean and comfortable...air conditioner worked well. Coffee pot worked well, and they had a refrigerator in the room. We would stay here again.

Stayed here for a few nights during a Kruger safari. Grounds charming, rooms spacious & clean. Food good. Soccer pitches, fitness center, in sports bar there was pool, ping pong, foos ball tables. There was a pool but too cold to use & could use skimmimg from plant debris. BUT this property's BEST asset is BRENDA. We lost our phone 1 night... she RAN (not walked...full on RAN... to front lobby to retrieve). Every meal, she was BEAMING.... so positive, friendly, loving, kind, accomodating, helpful... I have NEVER met someone with such a warm positive energy. EVER. Read my other reviews... I do not rave unless warranted. Brenda should be in a managerial position, greeting & interacting with guests. Myself & others on our trip just LOVED her to bits. If I was the owner, I would find a way to maximize her limitless potential... Brenda is AMAZING & deserves to be acknowledged for her truly outstanding customer service. I am a travel agent & I encounter countless individuals on my trips. For someone to have made this big an impact on myself & my fellow travellers should tell this property they have a GEM of an employee & should recognize that.
