Our first and last stay, I wanted me and my wife to have a new nice experience it was ruin by I guess property manager who works in the back office. I shopped around with many choices to choose from I was impressed by the greetings of the manager and positive attitude. Thats why I booked. On Valentine's Day we asked questions on a $50-dollar extra charge just questions and she became upset, and it showed with her attitude our first-time experience, so we didn't know anything about 3rd party and where the other part of the money went booking and the differences of prices. We weren't looking for a discount just wanted to know more about why the extra charges manger became upset and it showed. Valentines Day was ruin from this encounter and the room was basic could have stayed home. My room is bigger nothing to be excited about and the room wasn't what we went to see in person before we booked. The experience was horrible didn't sleep all night and will not book again not up to the Hilton standards. We won't return staff wasn't really educated on why.
