Thank you for a nice and cultured time at the hotel. I and my family were satisfied with everything. What we liked the most was the breakfast. The variety and fresh food was sensational. And of course, the kindness of the cleaning staff and the hotel employees were also very kind, they helped in everything.

Another fabulous stay in this hotel for The Tear it Up Festival. The hotel is very clean and all the staff could not be more helpful. Great selection at breakfast and again, the staff are so attentive and responsive. What a lovely hotel in the most beautiful of locations, ideal as a base for exploring thd area.Looking forward to next year already.

Iv stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 6 years and I have to say, it's nothing but short of amazing. Firstly I must mention the level of service from the staff, they're absolutely amazing and nothing is to much trouble and they all go above and beyond. The food is of a high quality with lots of variety. The manager Natasha can not do enough for you, she is always visible and eager to please her guests. I must mention Dejan and Rosa on the bar, they're amazing and they always ensure your drink is topped up with a smile! I can assure you this hotel is amazing and I look forward to coming here for many more years to come. Thank you hotel holiday :)

Stayed 6 days. 80s style hotel, carpet in the rooms and common areas. Dirty in some places. Cleanliness of the rooms not always impeccable. Breakfast rich but not of high quality. Swimming pool ok. Staff not very attentive and friendly. The feeling is that each employee does his job without paying attention to the customer, for example the waiters cleaned the breakfast tables but the chairs always remained dirty. Few said hello. Recommended only for short periods. In general the management is" still a little behind the Italian average of the same category, about 30 years. Prices in Medulin have grown a lot this year but the level of service has not improved. This must be taken into consideration for those who decide on this destination.

The hotel is in a very good location. Close to both the beach and the promenade. The breakfast buffet had a very varied selection of freshly prepared and delicious dishes. The breakfast room was also well furnished, so that you could have breakfast in peace despite the large number of people. The rooms were clean, although some of them were in need of renovation. The pool area was clean and well maintained. On the whole it was satisfactory, even if I personally found the price a bit overpriced. But that might have been because it was high season.

My family and I stayed in this hotel during the week of August and we had a very good time. At the restaurant for breakfast there was a vast choice of both sweet and savory as well as during dinner the starters, first courses, second courses and desserts were excellent (every evening there was pizza, freshly prepared, and ice cream). Drinks at the restaurant and in the bar are not included in the price (you have to pay for them after consumption or at the end of your stay) and in my opinion this is the only negative aspect. The room was clean but not very spacious given that there were three of us. As for the sea, umbrellas and sunbeds are not included in the price and near the village there are beaches where the water is not clean and clear, but by moving about 10/15 minutes on foot you can find rocks, where however the sea is fantastic. The swimming pool is quite large and clean and the hotel provides umbrellas, sunbeds and towels. The staff is very kind, but not all speak Italian. We can say that we are very satisfied with our holiday, in particular for the quality/price ratio.
