For me the location is perfect because when you go down the convenient store is 50m away from hotel suites! Restaurants are 300m away! Especially the Korea Bbq eat all you can! Closed to tram train William Sta! Highly recommended the Meriton suites Hotel

The facilities are quite comprehensive, but the hygiene is terrible. The duvet was changed twice and it was still dirty. The first time, there were bloodstains inside the duvet core, and the second time, there were stubborn, unremovable marks.

Whenever I'm in Australia and unsure where to stay, Meriton is my no-brainer choice. This one is located in the CBD, just a short walk from Southern Cross Station. Getting to the city center for food and shopping is easy, either on foot or by tram. It's also close to various meeting points for day tours. The room was clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. If I needed anything, I could just scan a QR code and request it online. The peppermint tea in the room was so good I asked for two more sachets, and they ended up giving me the whole remaining box, haha, made my day! You do have to take your own trash to the garbage room, and there's a floor plan on the back of the door showing you where it is.

🌟 Highly recommend Meriton Melbourne! This is an apartment hotel, and for the same price point, the size advantage is really significant. We booked a one-bedroom unit, which came with a separate bedroom, laundry room, a huge living room, and a private bathroom. There's plenty of usable space, so it never felt cramped at all. It's perfect for a family trip, and you can even easily prepare simple meals in the room. It truly felt like a home away from home, and our stay was incredibly comfortable.

Room is spacious. Toilet is lacking a bidet tap for the WC which is inconvenient. Housekeeping service is after 3 days but they accommodated our request for after 2 days as we stayed for 4 nights. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as the location is good.

Perfect for couples! The location is super convenient, right within the tram free zone, and getting to Southbank is a breeze. **Amenities:** The hotel facilities are great too. You can cook your own meals as the kitchenware is very complete. There's also a washing machine and dryer. The gym and pool are fully equipped. **Cleanliness:** Good, quite clean. **Ambiance:** The hotel is very new and the overall vibe is pleasant. **Service:** The service was excellent and very friendly. If we needed anything, the front desk would promptly deliver it to our room.

Overall, it was a good experience! I love this brand of apartment hotels because you can cook your own meals. The supermarket nearby is also very convenient! And it's not far from Chinatown on foot! Thumbs up!👍

I had a wonderful stay at Meriton Suites Melbourne! I arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly offered me an early check-in so I could freshen up and rest. The room was super clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It had all the utensils I needed for cooking, which made my stay feel just like home. I highly recommend this hotel!

The apartment layout was well designed and made good use of the space. And the front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, and their excellent service was the most pleasant part of my stay. However, the room was not cleaned very thoroughly. There was some trash under the sink, hair on the floor, and stains on the bed sheets. The bed was extremely firm—much firmer than any bed I've ever slept on. The pillows were also very thick, and after sleeping on them for a few nights, my neck became uncomfortable.

The room was spotless and they even provided free milk, coffee, and slippers! Really great! The location is also excellent, very close to the train station!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the facilities and cleanliness are great. It even has a full set of kitchenware and cutlery. However, the soundproofing isn't very good; you can clearly hear the cars passing by on the street at night, which can be a bit noisy.
