ants in the coffee machine and in tea and coffee, mould in bathroom which was very small, food very poor and breakfast terrible, wifi not available in every cabin, nice pool, small shop nearby but train/bus required to go anywhere.

This was a great place overlooking the water. Lots for children to do (playground, pool). Lunches at the pool were fantastic. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included.

Friendly welcome, helpful receptionist. Quiet site, nice pool. Breakfast and pool side bar ok but evening restaurant poor choice and expensive. Clean, comfortable accommodation with nice views. 10 minutes walk to town

Lovely resort with newly renovated large rooms. The location is out of the way so it was hard to get around. It would be good if the resort offered a complimentary shuttle service for guests. The pool is huge and awesome! This resort has great potential!

Very quiet, clean, spacious. So if you not fan of overcrowded, overpriced places it is great. Swimming pool very clean. Not overcrowded at all. You can relax and enjoy. Breakfast quite good.reception helpful. I liked everything here. There’s a big garden overlooking the sea. Beautiful

I am currently inter-railing Europe so I am aware of the type of stay that we had booked. We arrived at 10pm and the staff were very friendly, however the 2 person bungalow was below standard. There was 1 working socket so we could only charge one of our phones at a time, which was inconvenient when travelling. The shower was mouldy, there was no cleaning service during our stay and we were not informed that we would have to pay for access to anything but a bed to sleep in basically. If you are just looking for this it is good, but the cleanliness and noise of other guests was off-putting. For a “4-star resort” it does not meet the rating advertised.

My daughter just got back from a school trip here . Our eldest daughter had stayed in the hotel in 2019 and found it be be a good experience but things have clearly Gone down hill. The children were understandably very disappointed to find the pool drained and out of use . They were also unhappy to be given different quality food to the adults - very little fruit and veg and very poor quality . Additionally my daughter described the room as stinking of mildew and the bathroom was covered in mould.

We just got back from a lovely 10 days at the Sopramare resort and were very happy with our experience. The resort itself is kept very clean and there is always someone tending to the plants, etc. We had two chalets next to each other which was perfect, they are very basic but have a shower, hob & fridge and come with air conditioning and a lovely seating area outside. The children loved the swimming pool which has stunning views and is kept very clean. You will need to take swimming hats as they insist on them being worn. The staff are very friendly and will help you if needed. A short walk into town will take you to the train station where you can easily and cheaply travel to Sorrento, Pompeii and the surrounding areas. The town centre also has many supermarkets, shops and restaurants which are cheaper than those in the popular towns. If you are used to fancy holidays, then it probably isn't going to tick all the boxes but for a simple holiday and to use as a base it is perfectly fine. Also, we arrived late at night and they assisted us by booking a taxi from the airport for which we were very grateful.
