Excellent location, clean and pleasant room. A great option if you want to stay near Reforma.

Pros: super close to the subway station. Shower was hot. Cons: Rooms need renovation. SlowWiFi.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is the location; it is central and convenient. Unfortunately, everything else was a letdown. The hotel is in need of serious maintenance. The room I got did not look as good as the pictures online, it felt worn out and deceptive. The staff was also a major issue; they were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay. I also felt that the hotel tries to squeeze money out of guests rather than providing hospitality. There is no complimentary water upon arrival (you have to buy your own), and they demand a 500 MXN deposit just to use the room safe. To top it off, the toiletries provided (soap and shampoo) were very cheap quality. Given the low price-quality ratio, I would not come back here.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. The facilities were well-maintained, and the location made it easy to access nearby attractions. Overall the experience was pleasant.

The location is excellent. The hotel is old but well-maintained. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option for just sleeping and getting up, it's in a great location.

The facilities are old; the room and bed linens are only 6 out of 10 in cleanliness; the street noise is quite loud, so those with sleep problems should choose carefully! The location is excellent, right next to Reform Avenue, and the express train Line 1 is just a 100-meter walk away.

The location is impeccable, right in the Roma district, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and convenient transportation. It's right next to a major transportation hub. This old-school Spanish hotel shows it was once very elegant. However, it's not well maintained. The sink drain is clogged, the drawers don't close properly, the gauze curtains won't close, and there are two small bottles in the bathroom without labels. I guess one is shampoo and the other is lotion. There's no soap for the shower gel, and there's a hole in the bedsheet.

I requested a wake-up call but it never came. Other than that it's good value for money!

Reasonable price and cleanliness I was worried about security at night, but it wasn't a big problem.
