Hotel Marti Reviews

Hotel Marti is perfectly located in the heart of Mexico City. Closest subway station is Chilpancigo ( about 10” walk) Very nice area south of Roma Condesa with many restaurants, Panederias and cafes for breakfast. Room are classic , small size, but in good condition and well maintained. Bad thing: no window in my room type ( was not indicated at booking ) To remember, good choice for : location , location and location !

This is a really nice little hotel in Mexico City. It’s small but very clean and feels new. The water pressure is excellent (a big plus!), and the price is very affordable. We had a window in our room, which made it brighter, though it can get a little loud at night. During our stay, they were doing some construction to add an elevator, but it didn’t bother us much. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and felt it was a great value. I strongly recommend it if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay in Mexico City.

The hotel was exceptional for the price! All the staff were very nice and welcoming especially Marianna who helped me with a payment issue I had on check in. She was extremely patient while I sorted it out with trip.com. The cleaner was very friendly aswell. I've recommended the hotel to friends that live in the area that may have visitors and I'll be definitely staying there on my next trip to Mexico city. Gracias!

Good location, service is good. Arranged a pick up for us at the airport (paid). Many good food areas nearby. Only downside is that the room is a bit small and they hotel is for dodgy customers on the first floor. There were many "couples" coming in and out at 4-5am when I was sitting at the lobby to use my computer

Good hotel with parking, rooms are very nice too. The bad thing was that they had construction/work going on at the hotel. And not only is it small, they are renovating everything! So from Monday to Saturday there was noise from 9am to 6pm. There was also a restaurant across the street that was playing music.

Simple but well-maintained hotel, comfortable beds, and well located for dining and public transportation.

The surrounding area is relatively safe. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are a bit old and have been renovated recently.

Booking a hotel for a business trip is relatively ordinary and has no success. The location of the hotel is still acceptable and travel is quite convenient. The staff are also nice and can help with travel-related questions.

Bad attitude, communication trouble!

In room 111 only 1 outlet worked, I literally had to take turns charging my cell phone, laptop and Apple Watch. I asked to borrow a hair dryer and it exploded and cut off the power in my room, of the 3 days I was there the power went out for 2, and in the morning and afternoon they spent their time hammering, I don't know what they were building but forget about sleeping don't worry. The mattress was the hardest I've slept in in my life, in short I didn't enjoy the hotel... the only positive thing I highlight is the friendly cleaning ladies who cleaned every day.
