Bela Hotel Ternate Reviews

Probably the grandest hotel on Ternate. Government owned (apparently) and it shows. Desperately needing a renovation, it is nice enough but getting rough around the edges. Friendly staff - as always. Great views of the mountain from the terrace/pool area. Food is pretty basic and below what they really should be producing. Overall, still a nice enough place to stay.

Lovely lady at the reception that manage to check me in early. I been traveling for 24hrs and arrived 7am. Normal check in not until 2pm but she manage to get me a room a lot earlier. The room outdated, but still good rate for decent room. Breakfast was lovely and location I think was great Will definitely stay again. Overall really happy with my stay😁 thank you Bella Hotel and Staff for your hospitality Room 2205 Miss Raina😀

The hotel is very old and everything is worn out. The carpet hall is torn out, the wallpaper is peeled, and many of the glass windows/walls look filthy. Some of the swimming pool's decoration are broken. And the worst thing is: during the 3 day period of my stay in this hotel, the swimming pool is out of order. This is very disappointing, because the main reason I chose this hotel is to use the swimming pool. And what is more: the bathroom water is off many times during my stay. I had to call reception over and over again to report this situation. Breakfast food is average. Nothing special. The don't even serve one traditional food from this city whatsoever.

the cleanliness is not very clean but okay, if the location is strategic and close to everywhere, the service is lacking I had time to ask for a mat and it took a long time to be given until I asked for it again and I also had time to ask for a towel right before checking out but it wasn't given until I checked out, the facilities are quite complete but there are some items that are missing and some are broken such as chairs and sheets that don't smell good (musty smell).

The best hotel in Ternate. The view is great. The location is good. The swimming pool is also good. Fast wifi.
