Hotels Near Parco Chiesa Rossa in Milan

This is a beautiful hotel and we had a great time. The hotel was nice a clean, had a nice garden, the restaurant was nice and the bar was open until late. We stayed on the 2nd floor and our room was nice and spacious, aircon was great, the mini bar was well stocked and the maid came everyday. Our view out the window was nice too, we could see the cobbled streets and the tram passing by, it kind of looked like a postcard. The restaurant was nice, staff was friendly and if you like traditional Italian food then you would enjoy it. The breakfast was also nice we went down every morning, it was the same thing everyday but that was ok because it was good food. Only thing is tho, there were no omelettes as standard, I think they could have made you one but you had to pay extra (€8) Let’s talk about the bar. The bar was amazing, not only was it open til late but the bar staff were very knowledgeable on anything drink related. There wasn’t a drink that the lovely Henry or Paulo couldn’t make you. Whilst I am on the Henry and Paulo subject, I’d like to take this opportunity to just say how amazing they are. They introduced themselves and asked our names and it was lovely service ever since. They made us feel welcome, kept the amazing drinks flowing, learnt early on what kind of drinks we liked and kept the drinks coming. The service from them two was absolutely outstanding and we would visit again just to see them. They are real assets to the hotel. Thank you. The hotel itself is not far away from the duomo. We just took the subway, it was 3 stops. Once you get to the duomo you can also do the bus tours, we did the 4 tours over 48 hours which was nice. We also did the canal cruise which wasn’t far from the hotel too. Immediately outside the hotel you can also hire bikes and scooters. You just have to download the app if you haven’t already and go. All in all the hotel was great, service was great, location was great and we love Henry.

So we went to Milan to watch the football at San Siro stadum and this hotel was perfect for the price. It is in an industrial location however there are resturants close should need to find somewhere to eat or have a drink. It is easy to get around and to get into Milan by using the buses and tram and all you need to do is download the ATM to get a ticket and it will work out how to get to where you need to be. Hotel is modern and very clean. Brewakfast was nice with selection of cold meats, cheese, bread, eggs, bacon, cereals, pastries and fruit. For the price I was impressed and would definitely stay here again if I visted again.

Here is my story with this hotel. I booked a double room in the address show on google. When me and my boyfriend arrived the hotel, we were led to a completely different seperate building which is 300 metres far away from the hotel. When I showed my confirmation letter, hotel tried to claim I booked seperate building but I DID NOT. The guy in the reception came up with a solution and offered a tiny single room (attached) to us which was completely unacceptable. He said he will refund the money. I did not get any money back, neither I stayed in the hotel. I would not recommend anyone experiencing this. I am still trying to get a refund. Hotel was not helpful on this matter. There are much better options and metro goes nearly everywhere in Milan!

Is something is worthy it in this hotel is the great quality on the stuff . Due to my Job I have to stay more than a month and ALL the people working there made me feel at home .. from the reception personal til the personal attending in the bar and at the breakfast . Is amazing how much effort they put in their job and how they try to help you in everything you need. they are super professional .they became my Milanese family a big big thanks to from the reception : gaetano, Amy,belen, Hassan,erlsy,gianluca,marisa from the bar and breakfast: Salvatore, lucia,enza, Marisa,alesandra,Dilepa, Gianluca,helena Camila Altieri

I have never been more pleasantly surprised than visiting this hotel. I was looking for an affordable hotel with a good location, so my expectations was mediocre. First impression couldn't be better with an amazing lobby, friendly service, and quality design throughout. The room was equally stylish, super clean, and with great space. Icing on the cake, I had forgot my shaving kit, but after visiting the reception they gave me a free shaving kit. I will definitely choose this hotel next time Im going back to Milano. It was honestly my best hotel experience!

I stayed with my wife and son 16 years old I liked management, attention to customer expectations We arrive at the reception and there is Jean, a nice and professional, who explains everything to us Minibar in room included in price (never seen before) Free Wi-Fi in all rooms Functional, clean and modern room (peccate there were 3 single beds and not one single and one double, but perhaps it's because I didn't ask it in the booking and in hotels they are not visionary) Ciabutes, various bath products, great modern shower Breakfast with a very varied buffet included Covered parking included (in winter you can't find glasses brinked in the morning) Nice lake in front of the hotel Location a little distant, if you don't have the machine is a little isolated, but you see it in booking so you know it before booking Absolutely recommended

Everything went well. However, the hotel is far from the center of milan and it takes about an hour by public transport (3 transfers by bus) to get there. Employees very nice, helpful, with knowledge of English. The hotel is clean.

This place definitely has its pro’s and con’s and it depends what sacrifices you are willing to make for price. Looking at other reviews I thought I wouldn’t mind it as I’m not too fussy usually but overall I felt uncomfortable and didn’t really want to stay any longer than I had to: Pro’s -Good cheap price -Whilst further out, it’s super convenient for public transport right outside the hotel only 2 euro to get into Milan only takes 30 mins tops -The man on reception was lovely and very helpful -Rooms are big and whilst very dated and nothing to shout home about if you’re used to budget travelling they aren’t filthy or falling apart -Nice big shower room -Fast, free Wi-Fi and slippers and towels Cons -We felt the area at times was slightly scary (although we did first arrive at night) some concerning characters/gangs in surrounding areas and appeared to be in the hotel as well. It’s a pretty rundown area and we didn’t feel very comfortable there -The walls - I’ve never known anything quite like it to be honest it was so so loud I could hear absolutely everything the entire time. Babies crying, doors shutting, people talking/shouting, playing music, stomps up the hallway - constantly and late into the night waking us up. This all added to the sense of un-ease as it didn’t seem like you were on your own and I couldn’t relax in the room and just wanted to leave. -We were also in an outhouse which wouldn’t usually be a problem but felt so exposed as it was that it just added to the feeling Despite all the positives we couldn’t look past these negatives and I really wouldn’t recommend regardless of price.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the front desk staffs are super helpful. I also requested to change my room as I didn’t like the toilet as they first provided me a room with a disable toilet, and when I asked to change, they immediately changed it for me. Location was super convenient as well, the Metro was just 3mins away, and there’s supermarkets and shopping mall 5-8mins away, all walking distance🥰 The only thing that I didn’t like and it should have been better is the dinner; I ordered salmon with mashed potatoes, and I was surprised when it arrived on my table…it looked like it was frozen and that it just came out of the microwave…

Very nice hotel, a lot of space, but room, but a bit far from the town, I spend 50€ in the evening for taxi to get back to the hotel because public transport aren’t working till late, so at the end with same price I could actually booked hotel in town :)
