Amazing
GGuest UserCalimala is a new hotel, opened in July 2025. The room is very well designed, same as the reception area. One can park the car just opposite the hotel, quite convenient though the parking fee of 41euro is quite high! Breakfast and bar/swimming pool are set on the 2 top floors so that guests can enjoy the view and outdoor, a smart consideration indeed.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall, it was clean and hygienic, offering excellent value for money. AAries Patrick Abadilla ReyesHad a really pleasant stay at Residenza delle Città. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they were always happy to help with any questions or requests throughout our stay. The same level of care continued through to check-out, which made the overall experience feel very welcoming and well-managed.
The room itself was excellent—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt like a great balance between a hotel and a serviced apartment, which added to the comfort.
The only small downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t available during the non-peak season. While this wasn’t a major issue, it would have been nice to have the option, especially as the room could get a little warm at times.
Overall, a very positive experience. The combination of great staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location makes this a place I would definitely consider staying at again when visiting Milan.

GGuest UserExcellent facilities, everything was very clean, and they offer housekeeping almost every day. There's a restaurant within the hotel with good prices. They also have laundry service, which was excellent for us. We really liked it, the only downside is that it's a bit far from the station, about a 10-minute walk.

I recently spent five nights at this hotel, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional service. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay, with all the amenities I needed to relax and unwind.
The hotel’s facilities were excellent—whether it was enjoying a delicious breakfast each morning or taking advantage of the convenient location to explore the area, everything exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall calm, pleasant atmosphere.
Overall, I had a great stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort,

DDenisNicely located -- just 5 minutes walk from the Duomo Square. Cafes and restaurants around. Free water at the reception (good to have after spending whole day sightseeing and then getting back to the hotel but forgetting to buy a bottle of water in a supermarket). A tiny negative thing is that the air conditioner did not allow to change the speed and temperature -- the control buttons were there but pressing them had no effect. Breakfast is good in the sense of variety of dishes but could still be better, e.g. fried eggs seemed to be cooked with some additions -- the taste was artificial.

AAnonymous UserThe Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator.
The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning!
The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous.
Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly.
However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

GGuest UserLocation is great, close to the Milano Central station. I tried a couple of restaurants around the hotel, it was very nice.
Hotel room is too warm for us, we cannot adjust the temperature in our room. The staff said the temperature is not adjustable as set by the government. Luckily, the window is openable, we got some cool air from outside.

BB7^B7The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the metro station, making it super convenient to get to Milan Cathedral by subway or to walk to the train/high-speed rail station. The room was a bit small, and the charging outlets weren't very conveniently placed. However, the overall service was great, and the hotel was very clean.
