Choose a hotel room carefully; you won't be happy with a room facing the wrong direction. However, after some discussion, the change was relatively normal. Location is the main advantage. If location isn't a concern, I'd also stay at the Belmond, which I think offers a better overall resort atmosphere. But the rooms are just so-so. Overall, it's a safe stay. The experience wasn't particularly outstanding. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was decent enough. I tried both breakfast and late-night snacks in the room, and they were both terrible... The bar with the view was the best option. The concierge recommended a new opera, which was also okay. But the overall service to Chinese people was mediocre. We always had to wait the longest for the water taxi, even though we were the first to call. So, after initially tipping generously, I was already getting angry...

The staff were very nice, attentive and helpful. Check in and check out was super smooth. Breakfast was delicious and the entire hotel has such a vibe. The bar was also so nice to sit at after a busy day exploring the city. Loved it! Will definitely stay here again.

Milan is generally average I have always been more in favor of hotels on the small luxury hotel list. I had a great time staying at TomTom in Istanbul before, but I didn't expect this hotel to disappoint me. I feel that five stars are a bit reluctant, and four stars may be more appropriate. First of all, the bathroom is very bad, and the bath water will be all over the floor. Secondly, the toilet is too high, and a person who is 170cm tall will have his feet hanging in the air 😂It feels like the toilet will collapse at any time😂 The environment around the hotel is average, a bit dirty and messy. The advantage is that this is the only hotel that provides slippers at present, which is very good.

TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY. Shopping is very convenient near the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Milan. The hotel service is courteous. Because I forgot to bring an adapter plug, they even gave me a plug to use. The room is very well-equipped. The room I chose this time also has a terrace. The surrounding view is very good. Next I will choose this hotel again.
