very beautiful and spacious hotel with hospitable staff. The hotel is very beautifully decorated for Christmas, the atmosphere of a cozy holiday did not leave the entire period of stay in the hotel. Breakfasts are delicious, of course the most delicious pastries) I think we will use this hotel for our next trips

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely loved it. Everything was excellent, from the facilities and cleanliness to the overall comfort and service. What impressed me the most was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful, including the reception team, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, security personnel, luggage attendants, and even the maintenance and air-conditioning team. Every single person contributed to making my stay enjoyable and memorable. Thank you all for the outstanding hospitality. I will definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

For a hotel that costs more than 10,000 per night, it is quite average. The room is not small and the decoration is relatively new. However, due to the small scale of the hotel, many public facilities are missing. The hotel has no lobby, just a small public area at the entrance. There is no swimming pool or spa. The breakfast is really shocking, with bread and packaged snacks purchased from outside, or you can order them separately for an extra fee, and there are very few varieties.

I highly recommend this hotel; it's definitely the best choice for watching a game at the stadium! The hotel's exterior may not look impressive, but the interior truly lives up to its five-star rating. The lobby bar and restaurant offer a wide variety of food in a pleasant atmosphere, and there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. The location is incredibly convenient; just a couple hundred meters to the left of the hotel is a subway station, providing direct access to Milan Cathedral and other city center areas.

The staff were very nice, attentive and helpful. Check in and check out was super smooth. Breakfast was delicious and the entire hotel has such a vibe. The bar was also so nice to sit at after a busy day exploring the city. Loved it! Will definitely stay here again.

The Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator. The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning! The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous. Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly. However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

The hotel was fine, but there was a slight hiccup before I booked it. I couldn't understand why a hotel costing over 6,000 yuan didn't include breakfast, which made me book it without paying close attention. Communication was fruitless, and paying at the front desk was a hassle.
