The room size was quite spacious for European standards. Although the decor wasn't entirely to my taste, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and bright. The airport shuttle to the outlet mall is conveniently located near the hotel, as is the metro station. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Milan Cathedral, which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was surprisingly varied and plentiful for Europe, with some items available for order from the staff. I got the distinct impression that all the hotel staff were enthusiastic and genuinely keen to provide excellent service. Many thanks to the hotel team for making my trip so enjoyable.

A very nice hotel in a grand old château. It's not very large, so the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. Located a bit outside the city center, it still has excellent connections to downtown and Linate Airport. The best way to get to the city center is by the vintage tram, for example, line 19. For Linate Airport, the metro station is right outside the hotel; alternatively, you can take a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable price. The hotel was completely renovated a few years ago with great care and style. The interior design is somewhat whimsical in places, but we really liked it in every respect, as it complements the old building. The beds are very comfortable. Cleanliness is excellent. Even in the rooms facing the street, the very good soundproofing of the windows meant there was no disturbing noise. We recommend a room with a balcony. The breakfast is very good and served in a refined atmosphere. The restaurant was good, though not exceptional; the table settings were lovely and the food was presented with care. They also have a good selection of wines. There are several pleasant restaurants nearby (e.g., Hostaria Mediteranneum). All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Our stay at Grand Visconti Palace in Milan was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The service was excellent — the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel facilities were impressive and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring the city. The spa and common areas were also beautifully organised and added great value to the overall experience.
We were very pleased with the food as well. The breakfast offered a wide and high-quality selection, and everything was fresh and delicious. Dining at the hotel was an enjoyable experience, both in terms of taste and service.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Grand Visconti Palace exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Guest UserGreat location and friendly staff, but disappointing stay overall
We recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.
Pros:
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated.
The location is excellent, close to key attractions and easy to get around.
The hotel was clean and had nice decor, making a good first impression.
Cons:
The noise levels from the area was unexpected. Loud music played until the early hours, making it very difficult to sleep.
The lights in our room kept switching on and off during the night, which was disruptive and unsettling.
The breakfast was disappointing—the meat and scrambled eggs were cold, which was off-putting and not what we expected.

Guest UserWe drove there so transportation is not a concern for us. Theres carpark in the basement and charge is reasonable!
But we drove back on a Sunday night and there’s a football match. Roads were blocked and heavy traffic to drive back to hotel.
Room is ok but poor sound insulation. I could hear the sound next door at night and able to hear the sounds inside otherrooms when I walked in the corridor. Enough choices for breakfast.
Staffs looked cold at first but we encountered some emergency on the last night of our stay and they offered the best help! We really appreciated for the kindness of the front desk staffs.

BavariaNothing particularly noteworthy. It's a bit out of the way, an apartment building that functions half as student dorms and half as a hotel. It's good if you're driving, as parking is available, and then you can take public transport into the city center.

Guest UserA good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.

Anonymous UserNot bad at all! The food downstairs at the hotel was also pretty good. We arrived quite late and almost missed the restaurant closing, but the staff were super welcoming. I came with friends, and I'd definitely come back again.

WhettyEverything is good, the only problem is the blow dryer is broken, the food in the breakfast is the same everyday, they should change it every day, the location is weird because it is like in the middle of the residential area but the staffs are good and they are cleaning everyday. Please bring your own socket if you are from other countries hotel is not providing. All in all our stay is good. Train station 10mins walk and easy going to the center.

A relatively satisfactory accommodation experience~~
Facilities: Very complete facilities, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste
Hygiene: Someone comes to clean and clean every day🧹
Environment: It is relatively remote and far from the city center, but the hotel's environment is still good.
Service: OK. The door lock was broken and was repaired promptly. The breakfast was quite delicious.
