Really enjoyed our stay at the City of Sails. Friendly receptionists, pleasant to chat with and helpful.
Room as tidy and clean, super cosy bed and the jetted spa was just the icing on top of the cake.

Staff were extremely friendly. Our room on the top floor was tidy and clean, even gave it the finger swipe, A++. Awesome location, not even a 5min walk to the Smales Farm bus station, which made it easy to get to Albany and back with no fuss. Had to call the kids to show them our spa bath/shower lol. We definitely will be visiting again

Lovely unit, really nice that we got upgraded to a spa bath. Just a couple of maintenance needs in the bathroom as the extractor fan doesn't remove the condensation hardly at all and there's grout crumbling out from the tiles. Lovely staff, we feel very well looked after

The room in the carpark smelt musty the outlook was not inviting. Ask for another room the next night was pretty average

It was a great place to stay for what we needed in Auckland. Reception was very helpful and accommodating with our late check in. Great service and room was clean. Would stay again.

Located near Nort Shore hospital on a busy intersection nice hotel, good customer service, nice sized rooms, great facilities with good shower and comfortable bed. Good value for money and would stay again.

Room was tidy and had everything we needed but unfortunately all the pillows in the room were really hard and the sheets were extremely stiff. We were all woken at 2am but the room above us who continued to make a lot of noise for 2 hours. The room itself was comfortable overall.

The room was clean and well appointed. The building is recently renovated and in good condition. There was a little light getting through the blacked out glass above the entrance door but the manager will rectify. Clark the manager is great. Welcoming, personable and flexible. Clark went above and beyond to locate an iPad charging cable I lost during my stay, after I had left the motel and that was much appreciated. I can wholly recommend this motel especially considering the room rate compared to the big corporate hotel next door! I will be staying again.
