The hotel is very good, facilities, staff, breakfast, the best thing for a smoker is the small door extending in all directions, you can reach the outdoor smoking by pushing it open, it's great! Naturally comes with a laundry room which is great!

It was very hard to get any room service. Due to the fact that no one was able to fully speak english. But a few people and I had to have a translator to get the darn room cleaned and it was horrible, if you said yes, I want this. They gave you nothing if you said no I don't want this. Then you got it, so it was very inconvenient. Therefore I rate the service very poor

The toilet came away from the wall in my room and when I tried to get the continental breakfast they told me it was for the elite guest and it was an extra $5 which I feel should have been comped due to the fact that I had issues with the toilet in my room that I could’ve gotten hurt…. So they rather save $5 than lose $100 cause after that I left a day earlier

Comfortable stay, friendly staff. The pool was so warm - the kids loved it. We would definitely stay here again if we were traveling in the area.

Sheraton Brookfield was clean and convenient. My room was modern and very very affordable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other.
