Evaluator didn’t work as promised discount rate. Too get charged extra on top there rate costs

The hotel comes directly out of the 80s, and remains in the 80s! Furniture inside the room is old and ruined, rhe hotel walls and structure is starting to fall apart. Elevator was really wobbly and scary to go in, and after a few days was shut down for repair - had to go up and down from 5th floor with luggage. Not booking again.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, with local knowledge and suggestions. Yes, the building is of an older style, but the rooms are spacious comfortable and well maintained. The staff openly warned me about the Sunday Session noise, but really if you are staying next to/above a beer garden in summer, what do you expect??? Will recommend and hope to stay again.

Disappointed with the condition of the hotel and room. Having the car park and the overall location was great and staff were nice, but once inside the hotel the amenities were poor with old towels, tatty carpet, and poor bathroom quality.

When we walked in all on reception were good, upon arriving at our deluxe room the corridor carpets were tatty.
The room carpets were threadbare, the outside windows wanted cleaning, the plaster on the walls was crumbling.

I could barely sleep 3hrs with the amount of noise i could hear from other guests both on rhe same floor and above. Every footstep or door closing was loud and booming. Very old furniture in poor condition.

Great location but Cottesloe is being rebuilt so looking tired. Sea & walking great.
The hotel is apparently being renovated in 2024/5 the bedding was old we needed fresh crisp bedding as soon as we arrived.
