Most importantly, the hotel owner is incredibly warm and attentive, providing meticulous and considerate service with a gentle and caring touch, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the stay.

Very good! 1. The price is super high, the room is large and very clean 2. The service staff is very enthusiastic, help us park on rainy days, take me to the hotel lobby with an umbrella, feel at home 3. Breakfast is very interesting, in line with the background color of health, sesame cake is delicious, the fragrance is strong, there are several kinds of porridge, not common rice porridge millet porridge, similar to medicinal food. 4. Parking is very convenient, there is a private parking space, no extra charge 5. Very quiet, the hotel is a separate building, soundproofing is good, very safe.

I specifically chose this hotel for my trip to Kaili, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I'm giving it five stars across all four dimensions. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the room's soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the entire room was meticulously cleaned. During check-in, Sister Chen was warm and enthusiastic, thoughtfully considering my travel needs and proactively helping me upgrade my room. Her service throughout was attentive and heartwarming. The hotel is close to the high-speed rail station, making travel and transfers convenient. There are also many local specialty foods nearby, such as sour soup fish and glutinous rice, making dining, accommodation, and sightseeing very hassle-free. The value for money is outstanding, and I will prioritize booking here again on my next visit.

We booked for one day and then extended our stay for two more days, partly to rest and partly because the hotel's overall facilities and service made it feel worthwhile. The hotel's decor was simple yet elegant, cleaning was prompt, and the front desk service was professional and courteous. Although it's currently the off-season, the service quality remained high. It offers great value for money, is conveniently located, and has many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

A very quiet and peaceful area, slightly outside of Kaili core, but more than made up for by the quality of the accommodation and the service. Breakfast was a hit!

Next to the hotel is the Cultural Memorial Hall. The surrounding cherry blossoms, smiles, and magnolias are in full bloom. It is also facing the lake. The whole environment is pleasing to the eye. The hotel lobby design is also beautiful and grand, and the room details have various ethnic characteristics. The lake view room has a better view, especially when the lights are turned on at night, the night view is very beautiful, and I even saw people setting off fireworks at night. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and the variety was very rich, especially the shredded pork noodles with mushrooms, which tasted very good. There seemed to be a lot of spicy oil, but the actual spiciness was not bad. I couldn't help but eat more than half of the bowl. A hotel with good scenery and good value for money. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely choose it next time.

The guesthouse was great—clean, hygienic, and with a great riverside view. They even upgraded our room because it was the off-season. The landlady and the receptionist were incredibly kind and helpful. They even gave our child a cute batik bag. After exploring the ancient town, we highly recommend this place!

The price is worth it! But the pillow is too poor quality

It's a 3-minute walk to the ”Xiuli Tao” Intangible Cultural Heritage Market and a 5-minute walk to the ”Village T” stage. Within a 1-kilometer radius are key landmarks such as the Kaili Municipal Government, making it a convenient transportation hub. The lobby is decorated with Miao embroidery, silver ornaments, and ox horn motifs. The guest rooms feature intelligent room control systems that complement the ethnic style, and some balcony rooms offer panoramic views of the covered bridge at night.
