I was very satisfied with my stay at Lotus Terrace Garden Resort! The hotel has a great location, with a quiet surrounding environment, and I could see beautiful scenery right from my window. The bed was comfortable, and all the facilities were easy to use. Both the front desk and service staff were patient in answering questions and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast also tasted good. Overall, it offers great value for money, and is suitable whether you're traveling with family or just looking to relax. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Lushan!

Highly recommended! The hotel is in a great location, right near the cable car platform. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the cable car, according to navigation. Even better, there's an express lane within the hotel, just a three-minute walk to the cable car—super convenient! The hotel's main entrance is also convenient for exploring the West Flower Trail scenic area. ^_^ The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. Their recommended routes were fantastic, saving both time and effort! The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the environment was comfortable and pleasant. I look forward to staying here again next winter!

My stay at [Lushan Yunlian Hotel] was absolutely fantastic! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by its unique, light luxury style. The staff were incredibly welcoming and checked me in super quickly, even taking the time to introduce the hotel's facilities and local attractions. The room was clean, tidy, and very cozy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had perfect water temperature and pressure, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. The hotel's breakfast was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted amazing! The freshly made omelets and pastries were especially delicious and exactly to my liking. The location is also very convenient, right at the exit of the cable car's upper station, and the sightseeing buses are just next to the hotel. Upon checkout, the staff even gave me a small gift. It was truly a memorable and pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city. Highly recommended to everyone!

We stayed in the most basic room type, located in the main building. The room was spacious with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the two beds could be pushed together, which was perfect for our family of three! The room was also very close to the restaurant, and both the breakfast and dinner there were fantastic!!! Additionally, the hotel's service was excellent. They proactively contacted us the day before to offer cable car pick-up and drop-off, which was a huge help. The hotel is very close to the Meilu sightseeing bus stop, making it super convenient for exploring. It's also just about an 8-minute walk to Guling Street. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Even when it snows heavily, the room is not cold at all. Fruits are given in each room, and the oranges are very sweet. The breakfast is also very delicious. The service attitude is super good. The front desk upgraded the room for free. Because it is not very convenient for us to bring our baby, they also delayed our check-out. When we left, they also gave us a thermos cup and souvenirs. The hotel felt quite new, clean, and tidy, and all the staff were really nice. They offer shuttle services to and from the cable car station and the main street station. Every morning, Master Bao (包师傅) drove us to the main street station and picked us up in the evening. He was so kind and patient (we actually felt a bit embarrassed with how often we requested the hotel car). Huge thanks to him! I didn't have high expectations for a scenic area hotel's breakfast, but the all-season breakfast far exceeded them. There was a wide variety of food, plenty of vegetables and high-protein options, and the fruit was super fresh. The tofu, shredded pork, and vegetable soup was especially delicious. They also had freshly ground coffee. You can also order lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, which has a clean environment, and for me, it felt more reassuring than eating at outside restaurants.

The location is excellent, it is convenient to go anywhere on the main street, very close to the West Line sightseeing bus stop, and there are many places to eat in the surrounding area. In addition, you can pick up and drop off at the ropeway entrance. This service is very good, but the room is small and the facilities are old. Water will overflow into the bathroom when taking a shower. There is no drain, so it accumulates there, and there is no absorbent towel floor mat, which is inconvenient. I particularly don't like the carpet in the room, it feels dirty. The B&B is right next to the main street, and it is a bit noisy at night. After all, the price is relatively affordable, and we can't ask for too much. However, I don't like that guests are forced to write 5-star reviews when leaving the hotel.

Come over by car, park the car at the hotel and take the cableway to Lushan. After staying in Lushan for two nights, the hotel helped to waive the parking fee and save 60 yuan. 3. The standard room booked includes 2 breakfasts, and an extra one is given, which is equivalent to no charge for breakfast for children. 4. The hotel's breakfast is in the back yard, there are several outdoor dining tables, the environment is very comfortable. During the National Day, the price of 200+ enjoys these services and feels very satisfied.
