I was very satisfied with my stay at Lotus Terrace Garden Resort! The hotel has a great location, with a quiet surrounding environment, and I could see beautiful scenery right from my window. The bed was comfortable, and all the facilities were easy to use. Both the front desk and service staff were patient in answering questions and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast also tasted good. Overall, it offers great value for money, and is suitable whether you're traveling with family or just looking to relax. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Lushan!

The room is very clean and tidy, with complete facilities, a large bathtub, and very newly decorated. It has a mountain view room. The heating in the room is also sufficient. Even when it snows heavily, the room is not cold at all. Fruits are given in each room, and the oranges are very sweet. The breakfast is also very delicious. The service attitude is super good. The front desk upgraded the room for free. Because it is not very convenient for us to bring our baby, they also delayed our check-out. When we left, they also gave us a thermos cup and souvenirs. The lady at the hotel front desk was amazing, always smiling and super helpful. She gave us great recommendations for tourist routes and must-see spots, ensuring we didn't waste any time. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the attic room on the third floor was fantastic with a public outdoor terrace perfect for enjoying the night view. The hotel's location is excellent, close to cultural attractions, with tons of food options right outside, and just a few minutes' walk from Guling Main Street.

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious with a bathtub inside the room. They provide disposables towels but we asked for regular towels which were provided. Loved the hippo table. The breakfast was Chinese so we didn’t have many options (not even coffee). They were also kind enough to take us to the cableway station when we checked out. The only downside is the steep hill you have to climb to the Main Street.

The overall homestay is a stone structure, a two-story small building, formerly Jiang's pavilion, just inside the Guanyinqiao Scenic Area, very quiet at night! The hotel's wall is a display hall in the Guanyinqiao Scenic Area. During the day, occasionally a tour guide will lead the team to explain, and then listen to a seven-seven-eight-eight, you can take pictures and understand the special historical story. Surrounding environment: There is a Grand Canyon at the entrance of the hotel. You can take pictures up close by going down the steps to the platform, but you can’t go down to play in the water (don’t let toys like water guns, it should be for safety), but the weather is too hot and you can’t stay outdoors. Go down early in the morning and take pictures when it's cool. Meals: There is a restaurant operated by the owner of the hotel, but the taste is very good (the owner of the hotel said that he invited a special chef to fried it), there are some seasonal dishes and Shanzhen mushrooms, and the adults who go together feel that it tastes good. The price may be slightly more expensive, cold dishes 18, vegetables 28, big dishes 58, 98, 168 and the like. Breakfast is included in the price. We have one more person, and the boss is very generous and there is no separate charge. Overall summary: If you are taking your children to experience different scenery, take pictures on weekends and relax, it is very recommended! The overall experience is very comfortable and great. If you love to play and play, there may be fewer projects available here. However, it is also very recommended to taste specialties simply to enrich your accommodation experience!

The service of this hotel is way beyond excellent! Had us added their hotel communication through wechat immediately after booking, walked us through the steps and any questions that we have about the travel in lushan even non hotel related questions. Had a hotel driver that picked/dropped us from the cabal car station from/to hotel. Even guided us back to hotel when we ventured out in town at night and couldn't figure out which bus to take to get back :) The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is not in middle of town so was quiet and tranquil and hear the bird ”singing” in the morning and the night wind howling at night when we kept the window open. It is also walking distance away from the bus station for both the west and east line of the scenery right. Will definitely book them again when coming back to lushan in the future.

We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient. We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️

I originally booked a hotel at the entrance of the scenic area, but then I realized that for a two-day, two-night trip, staying on the mountain would save commuting time. The hotel's location is excellent, making getting around very convenient. It's right in the heart of Guling Town, not far from the tourist bus station, restaurants, and the commercial street. The room was clean and modern. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; even though parking was limited, they thoughtfully assisted us in finding nearby parking spaces. There's also a shuttle service in the morning for picking up your car or going to nearby attractions and the bus station. Next time I visit Mount Lu, this will definitely be my first choice.

Stayed here in end Oct. While reception was friendly, everything else did not meet expectations and match the price. Bed was hard and pillows were flat, thus uncomfortable for sleep. Breakfast spread was limited, taste was bad and food was cold except for hard boiled eggs and soup noodles - totally not befitting a hotel of this scale. We only used the bath tub in the room (water from hot spring too) instead of using the hotel hot spring facilities because we saw paper cups littered around some of the pools and questioned the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities. You can ask reception for a disposable tub cover. It was also difficult to get a private hire vehicle at this hotel and we had to pay a higher price to get one. Overall poor value for the price we paid.

We had a great time at Clouds on the Hills. We were picked up from the cable car station upon arrival even though the hostel is only a few hundred metres away. Turned out the steep roads on Lushan will make the short trip difficult with luggage. The location is excellent and the view exquisite. The owner also brought us to the back of the hill which is not a marked tourist spot so we can have the place all to ourselves. The room heating is excellent too, so we never felt the bitter cold wind that was blowing outside.
