I was very satisfied with my stay at Lotus Terrace Garden Resort! The hotel has a great location, with a quiet surrounding environment, and I could see beautiful scenery right from my window. The bed was comfortable, and all the facilities were easy to use. Both the front desk and service staff were patient in answering questions and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast also tasted good. Overall, it offers great value for money, and is suitable whether you're traveling with family or just looking to relax. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Lushan!

Anonymous UserThe hotel is located halfway up the mountain. While the observation deck isn't accessible, bus route 5 goes directly to the side entrance (every 0.5-1 hour). Nearby, there are several long staircases; a 6-minute walk down to Guling Street and a 10-minute walk back up the stairs make it easy to navigate even in the rain. We booked a view room, and through the large windows, we could see the surrounding trees and red-roofed houses. Especially in the mornings and during rain, the misty atmosphere made sitting by the window and enjoying the view particularly pleasant. The hotel rooms were of moderate size, with ample indoor and outdoor public spaces and seating for guests to relax. The gym was also quite good. The hotel provides a simple buffet breakfast, which you can eat before heading out for sightseeing. The Park Hyatt Ruiyun opened earlier this year, and the rooms and facilities were very clean and tidy. Although it had been raining in Lushan these past few days, making it very humid outside, the hotel walls and floors felt dry, likely due to moisture-proof design or building materials. The young staff at the front desk were friendly and hardworking. We really liked the hotel and would definitely stay again.

The room is very clean and tidy, with complete facilities, a large bathtub, and very newly decorated. It has a mountain view room. The heating in the room is also sufficient. Even when it snows heavily, the room is not cold at all. Fruits are given in each room, and the oranges are very sweet. The breakfast is also very delicious. The service attitude is super good. The front desk upgraded the room for free. Because it is not very convenient for us to bring our baby, they also delayed our check-out. When we left, they also gave us a thermos cup and souvenirs.
Facilities: very complete
Hygiene: clean and tidy
Environment: mountain view room, with a stream next to it
Service: superb👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hey,xiaxia!A five-star rating is definitely deserved. The price increase during the May Day holiday was expected and reasonable. The breakfast, for a hotel in a scenic area, was quite generous; even those used to resort hotels will find enough to eat here. After all, I've looked around, and there aren't many places on the mountain that offer a better breakfast.
There are a couple of things I hope can be improved: firstly, the family rooms should come with three sets of toiletries, not just two, requiring guests to ask for the third; secondly, some early-rising guests were excessively noisy in the hallway, even blowing whistles. I think the hotel didn't do enough to remind them about noise levels. I know the mountain area is humid, so carpeting isn't very practical, and poor soundproofing in the corridors seems to be a common issue for all hotels here. But at least a 'quiet please' sign could be helpful, couldn't it?
The service attitude was generally excellent, with one exception: an older lady in the lobby who never smiled, whether answering questions or showing the way.
Most of these issues are minor or due to objective limitations, and even if I stayed at another hotel on Mount Lu, it would be hard to find one that does much better. Hence, the five-star rating is well-earned. I'm too lazy to review both rooms separately, so I'm just copy-pasting this for the second one.

This hotel truly made our Lushan trip wonderful. Before deciding to visit Lushan, I was completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of hotel options on Ctrip. I only booked this hotel the day before our arrival (mainly due to potential changes in our travel plans), but upon getting here, we immediately knew we had made the perfect choice!
1️⃣ **Location:** Just a short walk up a small slope from the hotel leads directly to Guling Street, making dining and getting around incredibly convenient. It offers the perfect balance of being central yet peacefully tucked away.
2️⃣ **Service:** Every single staff member we met over the past two days was absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly patient and gentle when answering our questions. They even provided us with paper maps and suggested itineraries for exploring the area. On our first afternoon, we got caught in a heavy downpour; we contacted the hotel, and they were incredibly responsive, even sending someone to pick us up from the cable car station, which was super convenient.
3️⃣ **Ambiance & Facilities:** The hotel boasts a very modern decor and is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, and the provision of disposable towels was a thoughtful and convenient touch. Traveling with both seniors and children, we all felt very comfortable and at ease. The breakfast was also quite good.

highly recommended! ! ! It is really a good place to bring the baby. The boss and his team are very warm, caring and professional! When you arrive at the gate, you will drive an electric car to pick you up, help with luggage, and help turn on the air conditioner in advance. You will also pick up people from the scenic spot and send them to the gate. It is very nice!
The boss's team is very young as a whole, very enthusiastic, professional, and responsive at any time.
The overall homestay is a stone structure, a two-story small building, formerly Jiang's pavilion, just inside the Guanyinqiao Scenic Area, very quiet at night!
The hotel's wall is a display hall in the Guanyinqiao Scenic Area. During the day, occasionally a tour guide will lead the team to explain, and then listen to a seven-seven-eight-eight, you can take pictures and understand the special historical story.
Surrounding environment: There is a Grand Canyon at the entrance of the hotel. You can take pictures up close by going down the steps to the platform, but you can’t go down to play in the water (don’t let toys like water guns, it should be for safety), but the weather is too hot and you can’t stay outdoors. Go down early in the morning and take pictures when it's cool.
Meals: There is a restaurant operated by the owner of the hotel, but the taste is very good (the owner of the hotel said that he invited a special chef to fried it), there are some seasonal dishes and Shanzhen mushrooms, and the adults who go together feel that it tastes good. The price may be slightly more expensive, cold dishes 18, vegetables 28, big dishes 58, 98, 168 and the like. Breakfast is included in the price. We have one more person, and the boss is very generous and there is no separate charge.
Overall summary: If you are taking your children to experience different scenery, take pictures on weekends and relax, it is very recommended! The overall experience is very comfortable and great. If you love to play and play, there may be fewer projects available here. However, it is also very recommended to taste specialties simply to enrich your accommodation experience!

After climbing the Three Cascades Spring, I was exhausted, so I stayed at the hotel for another day. I had dinner at the hotel that night and ate two bowls of rice – the local Lushan cuisine was really delicious. The hotel bed was so comfortable; I slept soundly until dawn.

We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient.
We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️

Guest UserI'd call this B&B in Lushan a ”dream homestay.” ✨ And since it's the president of a local association, I absolutely recommend it to everyone.
🏠Location and Transportation: The B&B is right near the cable car, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel also offers free shuttle service, and the bus transfer is a mere 2-3 minutes' walk away, making it super convenient to get to attractions like Wulao Peak and Sandiequan. Getting around is easy and convenient.
💁♂️Service: The owner is very talkative, cultured, and approachable. He introduced us to local attractions and treated us to high mountain mist tea. Welcome fruit and unlimited sweet soup are available at the front desk. Guests staying at the hotel also receive a free pottery session, and for an additional fee, you can burn paper and have it delivered to your home. It's a truly thoughtful touch.
🌳Garden: The B&B's small courtyard is a true treasure! Well-equipped, Japanese-style, and charming. Sitting in the courtyard for breakfast, the mountain breeze washes away all worries—perfect for relaxing. 🥐Dining: Their farmhouse dishes are incredible. I tried two soups, both of which were absolutely amazing: the stewed pheasant with stone ear mushrooms and the stewed pork ribs with dried cuttlefish. The aunt simmered them over low heat, making them incredibly flavorful. The stir-fried beef and celery were also delicious, and the mixed rice noodles for breakfast were also tasty. I highly recommend trying them. Tip: Book half a day in advance.
🐶: The highlight is the owner's adorable little dog, named Taxue (Taxue) because all four of her paws are red. She's very affectionate and loves me, just as I love her. I'll definitely go back to see her someday.
I sincerely recommend everyone visiting Lushan to try this B&B. Trust me, one stay and you'll love it!
