The Hido Hostel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Hido Hostel is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Pingtung. In terms of transportation, Fangshan Station is approximately 43km away. The nearest railway station is Fangshan Station, approximately 43km away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Space Wharf, Big Bay Beach and Frog Rock Marine Recreation Park all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic.
"There weren't enough hanging facilities for clothes, especially in the bathroom, making it a bit inconvenient to put clothes down. For a 4-day, 3-night stay, it would have been even better if the room had a balcony and bathtub to enjoy the sunshine… Due to the strong winds and rapid currents at the beach in front, swimming in the sea was not possible!
The hotel is very close to Kenting Main Street, less than a 5-minute walk. The street stalls on both sides are open from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM every evening, making it very lively; some liquor stalls stay open even longer."

西西瓜世界的猪Not on Kenting Street, but very close. Very quiet, looking out from the balcony is Kenting National Forest Park, blowing wind on the balcony at night is very comfortable! The rooms are quite large, with large wardrobes, the facilities are very clean, the owner is very good, helped to contact the snorkeling, the breakfast was made by myself, praise!

And open the door after check-in, it is much higher than expected ～～
Large space, good sound insulation, very clean ～ Really recommend staying. Downstairs is Kenting Street. It is convenient to buy a late night snack if you are hungry at night.

郁郁卉The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the South Gate, and just a short walk to Hengchun Old Street. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. Definitely great value for money!

The location of this hotel is very convenient — it is close to the beach and within walking distance to the night market, which is definitely a plus.
However, overall my stay was not very comfortable.
Inside the room, the floor is not completely even. While it may not seem like a big issue at first, it could easily become a tripping hazard, especially for older guests or anyone not paying close attention.
The bathroom is also not separated into dry and wet areas, which makes it more slippery and less convenient to use.
Another important point is that the hotel does not have an elevator. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs can be quite inconvenient, particularly for elderly guests or those with heavy bags.
Although the interior design may look quite stylish or luxurious at first glance, in reality it feels impractical and raises safety concerns. There are other small details as well, but I will not go into them here.
I understand that different properties have their own limitations, and I am sharing this from a personal perspective. I hope this information can be helpful for future travelers when making their decision.

GGuest UserJust across the street is the beach, and the place is beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, with a great location near the aquarium. Breakfast was simple and nice with sandwiches.
The owner is extremely kind and helpful. We arrived late and nearby restaurants were closed, but the owner kindly helped order seafood dinner from a local restaurant for us — and it was delicious.
A truly warm and lovely place to stay.

GGuest UserIn fact, I always think that Kenting is not called a famous hotel or a hotel. Should it be called a hotel? Farmhouse? The location is in Chuanfan Rock, there are no supporting facilities around, just go in that alley in Bethlehem, generally acceptable, you can pick up and drop off on Kenting Street by calling the boss, although this street is extremely boring. Breakfast is very simple, porridge or toast, with five dishes, today it is preserved eggs, pickled cucumber and so on.

Only inconvenient when it rains
The hotel has a swimming pool, billiards and billiards in the basement.

The hotel is of an old style, so the room and toilet should not be too demanding.
The air conditioner in the room is very cold
