This was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel! It made my visit to Yixing extra enjoyable. The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home. The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property. The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard. What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort.

The room is large, with a huge jacuzzi, a pleasant view outside the window, and seasonal welcome fruits. The hotel is small but has complete facilities, a quiet and beautiful environment, and the service staff are very kind. The nearby restaurants here are a bit far, so the hotel can arrange three meals, which are also very delicious. Very comfortable experience, will come again next time

The only suggestion is that the room will be a little uneven due to the partition. The family members accidentally kicked the protruding part at night and injured their toes a little. Facilities: The room is on a small hillside, the environment is very private and quiet, there is a courtyard for tea, and it has a large pool for bubble bathing. The living room and room are large, and the room has a nearly 150-degree view, where you can watch the sunrise and sunset, which also corresponds to the hotel's scenery positioning. The camping base and water recreation projects are very complete. The lawn opposite the main building is also very beautiful, and there are sufficient parking spaces to accommodate a large number of guests. Service: During the stay, you can call the hotel shuttle bus wherever you want to go. Basically, the service staff of the housekeeping department and the transportation department are very enthusiastic and polite. The service of the catering department is not satisfactory. At about 7:10 on the first day of breakfast, there was no one at the front desk at the entrance of the restaurant, and no one cared which room you were a guest in. On the second night, the buffet started about 30 minutes ago, and the skewers, chicken wings, etc. were all cold, the roast beef was too old, and the black pepper sauce was simply salty. The fire of the hot pot was an alcohol lamp. The soup in the pot never boiled during the whole meal. There were no hot pot seasonings. There was no sesame paste, shacha sauce, etc. There were only vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste and other condiments. For breakfast on the last day, the paper cups for ice cream next to the ice cream truck were gone. I asked the waiter at the fruit bar next to it for more, and he said, ”Sorry, there are no more ice cream cups.” I was so angry that I laughed. Who trained this kind of service concept? How many guests are staying in the hotel? It's okay that the hotel is not well prepared, but can't they help the guests find solutions? The ice cream paper cups are used up. Do you have other paper cups? Otherwise, do you have bowls in the kitchen? Just saying that there are no more, it's still meal time. Does it mean that the guests behind don't want to eat? The auntie who collects the plates is also very diligent. She is still sitting. If she sees that your plate is empty, she will collect it. Then you collect the plates, but leave the chopsticks. You have taken away everything. Are you chasing guests away? Table manners need some training. I had to eat without my chopsticks being placed horizontally. Otherwise, it would give people a bad impression.

I took advantage of the National Day holiday to visit Yixing and chose the second most popular hotel in Yixing at the time. I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. Even before checking in, the butler, Gao Yuan, thoughtfully contacted me about my check-in time and other details, recommending various member activities within the hotel. He was always responsive and provided excellent service. I even tried the hotel's boat tour and travel photography services – everything was perfectly arranged. The area around the hotel is like a mini-Nianhua Bay, with restaurants and attractions all within easy reach. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stunning views at every turn. The room was fully equipped with thoughtful details: the bed was height-adjustable and offered massage; the bathtub had disposable liners and bath sponges; there was an instant hot water dispenser; and the complimentary eco-friendly tote bag was perfect for photos. …Everything here was convenient and cozy. I really loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The decoration of this homestay is very bright, and the hygiene is not dyed. The room we live in faces two windows south. The warm sun is directly on the bed during the day. It feels very good. It is a few minutes drive from the town of Yaohu. It is very convenient. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. Before leaving, the boss also sent a small gift. I heard that there was a lively year. I will choose this one if I have the opportunity.

I came here on a business trip. My friend recommended Wanyue Garden Hotel. The surroundings are beautiful and the air is good. It is suitable for business vacations. The room facilities are good, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, a gym and laundry room, convenient parking, and charging stations. It is very close to the city center and only takes a few minutes to drive there. Recommended

The hotel environment is pleasant, and breakfast is served in the lobby with staff offering noodles and wontons. The room layout is well-designed, with glass doors leading directly to the balcony and hot spring pool from the bathroom and shower area, which is very convenient. The front desk service is attentive; upon arrival, guests are added on WeChat to receive travel information. On New Year's Day (January 2nd), due to the large number of guests, the hot spring water flow was relatively weak, the water flow time was long, and the water in the pool cooled down due to the cold weather.

The room is clean and tidy, and the price is not high. There is a charging station downstairs, which makes charging very convenient. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic and introduced many tourist attractions in the surrounding area. The parking lot is also free. In addition, the breakfast is also buffet style, with rich dishes and fresh ingredients. The flowers in the lobby are also very beautiful.
