Top of the best, view from living room is stunning, comfy mattress and huge space for family. Private parking, staff speak good English and very helpful we had a great time and definitely return and highly recommended

Everything is good except the price! I love the environment of the villa! The kitchen, dining room and living room are upstairs, and the bedroom is downstairs. It is a 6-minute drive from Hirafu. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the ski resort, which is available on call and special car pick-up.

Absolutely beautiful and location is convenient. Just found it odd they don't provide bath robes 😅 Anyway, special shout-out to Yuri / concierge. She was extremely friendly and helpful!

Perfect experience for a group of friend, they have great service in terms of check in and inquiry about anything nearby, Onsen, food, transport etc. The resort/house is equip with whatever we need, and with spacious bathroom, amenities. It’s only 5 mins away from the main skii and snowboard area. They have arranged transport for free transfer, although it will be even better if you have a car, carpark provided.

A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

The environment, service, and scenery all deserve 100 points. Although it didn't snow, the ambiance and service already gave us a wonderful experience. I recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window! If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

Room is very modern and has plenty of amenities, including a private bath and toilet. Bed was comfortable. WiFi and heating worked well. This is a self-service accommodation. No reception or staff onsite. They’ll send you a code for the lockbox that the room key is in. The resort condo is attached to the office for the RV Park that shares the parking lot. They seem to be used to people coming in there to check in. Location is not very central. About a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants.
