⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Muscat Hotel from 21st to 23rd January. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel has a very nice, welcoming scent throughout the lobby and common areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathroom was spotless. The pool area is great, with different depths (1.1 m and 1.3 m), plus a dedicated kids’ pool around 30 cm, which makes it ideal for families as well. One of the highlights is the direct access to Qurm Beach, which is a big plus. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good buffet selection, and the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, a great stay and a classic, reliable 5-star experience in Muscat. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

The location is absolutely stunning and with great facilities. Just note that the hotel has an old vibe. If you are looking for something modern this is the wrong address. Other than that it's a beautiful property, friendly staff, decently sized rooms and a great beach to walk along.

I had such a lovely stay at Sheraton Oman. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. One of my favorite things in the room was the coffee machine. I used it every day for my coffee break and absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with so many options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. It was the perfect start to each day. The pool really stood out too - spacious, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

We had a nice stay. Great Breakfast, friendly staff and good location. Only issue we had was that the water in the toilet didn’t stop after flushing it. We told the receptionist and he said that they‘ll fix it, but nothing changed. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

A solid stay that lives up to Novotel standards. The staff were very nice, check‑in was smooth, and they helped with my suitcase and getting settled in the room. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient — about 10 minutes by taxi to the airport, which was perfect as I had a very early flight. Check‑out was fast, and the staff helped book a taxi for 8 OMR. It’s more expensive than using OTAXI, the local taxi app, but expected for hotel-arranged transport. I also had dinner at the hotel, which was good, though priced at a premium compared to outside — again, normal for hotels. Overall, a very good stay and I recommend it.

Good swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was well provided but lacked variety. Staff in the restaurant were great but reception left a bit to be desired. We paid extra for ocean view, was a waste of money.

I really enjoyed staying here. My room was spacious & clean. Great facilities- teas, coffee, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bottled water etc replenished daily. Bed was big and comfy. Great location- 5-10min walk to cafes/restaurants (some local shops next to the car park). I relaxed around the pool everyday in the winter sun. Just what I needed. Staff were friendly. Breakfast -had a huge variety, cereal, cold meats, cheeses, omletes, pastries, etc I would recommend this hotel (&would stay here again). I stayed here from Boxing Day to New year's Eve- they had a decorated an Xmas tree inside & outside the hotel, how fabulous! 😊 Great effort. I ate/drank at the Irish pub, it was nice enough (typical English food lol) I'm a female solo traveller i never felt unsafe here, in fact, I was looked after, from going out in the evenings to catching a Yango. Thank you Muscat, Oman 😊 Superb stay
