The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, and the view of the ocean and beach right outside the window was absolutely stunning! We had a small issue during our stay, but the hotel staff resolved it very quickly. Their service was truly excellent.

Highly recommended, and reasonably priced. It's close to the airport, making it easy for business travelers to meet friends and ensure a pleasant and relaxed state of mind. Facilities: Modern facilities. This family-friendly hotel offers a kids' pool and a children's menu. It also features an executive lounge, restaurants, and a conference center. Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent. Environment: Outdoors, it's near the exhibition center. There are fountains and well-maintained park greenery. Service: The service is excellent with a friendly, smiling staff. The employees clearly enjoy their work environment, which translates into an exceptionally positive attitude towards guests. The breakfast restaurant staff provides very attentive service! Thumbs up to the service team, they are incredibly patient~

Our favorite place in Muscat! Especially great for families who enjoy peace and quiet. The location is convenient and the service is excellent. The rooms are also very comfortable. We'll definitely be staying there again next time.

Excellent location, many restaurants Shisha bar nearby, also is in the middle of everything. To all attraction everything is within 30 minutes taxi including airport. If you want to do boat trip or see activity, maybe it’s better to leave closer to the port. Before us the extra 20 minutes on a taxi is not a problem. Very clean, very spacious, providing quiet luxury vibe. Breakfast is a little bit smaller selection than I expected, but the food quantity is good. The room is very spacious and comfortable layout, the best bed I’ve ever slept on in any luxury hotel. Only problem I had was in the room, they might need to do some quality checks, a lot of appliances does not work, for example the steamer didn’t Work, need the time to change it, also scale doesn’t work, it doesn’t read a matter for me but everything adds up just a small little disappointment. On the first night, there’s some really loud noises from the air-conditioning throughout the whole night, raise this in the morning, second day afternoon already fixed it. It was a quick fixing, but I would have expected the room wouldn’t have such noises when I check in. The spa is amazing!! highly recommended to do at least two hours treatment, this is definitely one of the best spa experience in any hotel. Servicing overall is very good, specially the room cleaning stuff super friendly, the ladies in the spa also very nice, everyone on the servicing are super friendly, helpful. Just a front desk reception with a little bit of colder attitude. Facility wise is enough, good size pool not the biggest but is enough. Unlike most of the luxury hotel,This MO hasn’t got their own private beach, it’s a beachfront property, however they have a small sessions on the beach with hotels own beach chair for the guest. Is not a usual larger luxury resort, only 150 rooms, I will say the facility is okay but I would expect a little bit more. Also, there is no information to pre-book any activities or any special activities going on in the hotel unless you ask. Pool size service m may be need a little bit of improvement. The stuff is very nice to lay down the towel the moment you reached the pool or the beach area. But this level of hotel should automatically bring some water, ice bucket, or sunscreen available to the seat. They are sunscreen only laying around at certain spot and you need to stand and use it. Overall experience has been amazing, also it is top three best and luxurious hotel in muscat. But for this price everyone will expect a little bit more. I’d definitely rate 8.5/10 of the 3 days stay here.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! From the polite and friendly male staff in hats and robes at the front desk, to the equally courteous boys in shirts and trousers in the restaurant and guest rooms, everyone was wonderful. The hotel is quite close to the airport, so you do see planes flying overhead occasionally, but overall, it's surprisingly quiet. I was even given a free upgrade to a partial sea-view room. We had dinner at the hotel, and their seafood paella or fish rice (the fish rice was slightly spicy) was absolutely delicious and huge! It was packed with large shrimp and fresh, boneless chunks of fish. The rice grains felt two or three times longer than regular rice! When we checked out, I asked the front desk to help me call an Uber, which ended up being so much cheaper! Thank you!

Not far from the airport, about a 10-minute drive. There's a large parking lot at the entrance with plenty of spaces. The room was incredibly spacious, even with an extra bed, it still felt very open. The air conditioning, a Gree unit, was excellent and cooled the room down quickly. About a 10-minute walk (700 meters) from the hotel, there are many restaurants, including a fantastic Turkish kebab place that you can easily find on Dianping (Chinese Yelp). There's also a big supermarket nearby where you can buy things at good prices, including many Chinese-made products. However, you'll need to cross the road a few times, and the traffic can be fast, so be careful. The price was very reasonable. I recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed staying here. My room was spacious & clean. Great facilities- teas, coffee, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bottled water etc replenished daily. Bed was big and comfy. Great location- 5-10min walk to cafes/restaurants (some local shops next to the car park). I relaxed around the pool everyday in the winter sun. Just what I needed. Staff were friendly. Breakfast -had a huge variety, cereal, cold meats, cheeses, omletes, pastries, etc I would recommend this hotel (&would stay here again). I stayed here from Boxing Day to New year's Eve- they had a decorated an Xmas tree inside & outside the hotel, how fabulous! 😊 Great effort. I ate/drank at the Irish pub, it was nice enough (typical English food lol) I'm a female solo traveller i never felt unsafe here, in fact, I was looked after, from going out in the evenings to catching a Yango. I felt it was worth the price. The facilities were reasonably clean, so I was satisfied, and the staff were generally nice, so it was fine. However, there were three things that bothered me. 1. I stayed for two nights, and neither night were there any towels provided, so I had to ask them to bring them each time. I was surprised as this was the first time that towels had been left behind two nights in a row. 2. The bathroom had a slight sewage smell, which bothered me. 3. I had signed up for a tour, and was meeting someone in the lobby, where I was approached by someone pretending to be from a tour company. I eventually realized it was a fake, but the woman at the front desk had seen the whole thing (and even talked to me), and instead of scolding me, she continued to talk to me in a friendly manner. The way I was approached was ”Are you signing up for a tour?” When I answered ”Yes,” the scammer asked me, ”Are you going to Nizwa? I'm the tour driver. How much is the tour?” Even though I said I had already paid, the scammer asked me how much it cost and insisted on taking me there. Please be careful if you are staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The confirmation and check-in were quick. The room itself was clean and cozy, with hot water, clean linens, and towels, and there was a kettle. We really liked the books about Oman. There's a supermarket and a bus stop nearby, and it's not far from the mosque and the beach, yet the hotel itself is quiet.
