Azumi Boutique Hotel Reviews

The hotel itself is good, but the front office service needs improvement. When I checked in, they mistakenly assigned me to a room that was already occupied. During check-in, I also informed them that I had two separate bookings because I added one more night. They noted it down, and because of the mix-up, they upgraded me to a king room, which I appreciated. However, the next day they asked me to check out and move back to my original booking. No one told me earlier that the upgrade was only temporary or that I’d have to move back to a queen room. If they had mentioned that, I would have preferred to stay in the queen room from the start rather than go through the hassle of moving. The whole moving process took about an hour, which was quite frustrating. The moving was done with their help, which I appreciated, but I feel it’s a common courtesy to at least mention such a situation in advance. I initially really liked the hotel, but this experience left me disappointed. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

The staffs are so nice. The room is so homey and location is accessible to malls. We love the homey vibes because of the appliances such as microwave, fridge and water heater. Complimentary hygiene kits and drinks was over the top. The pool area is not crowded and feels like heated. Would definitely come back.

I was there to rest after my surgery. The place ia relaxing. The room ambiance is also great. The people are nice too

it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment we arrived at Azumi, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The lobby was beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with traditional touches that immediately made us feel at home.

This property is very convenient location. Opposite of Molito, Near to Ayala alabang town centre.  The hide light of this property is the Infinity pool. Breakfast buffet is a Pilipino dishes and all cooked delicious . I highly recommended 👌

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — we especially loved the cozy bed and thoughtful details throughout. One of the highlights of our stay was the sweet gesture of a birthday card left for my mom, which made her day feel even more special. Molito and ATC is just across the road, and there is a 7 eleven nearby which made our more convenient. The pool was heated which is a plus. We also loved the Alabang city view from the pool. The only minor inconvenience was the elevator, which tended to get crowded during peak hours, so we had to wait a bit longer at times. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we'd definitely consider staying again.

This is my 4th stay here. 1st time was great and its been going down hill ever since. But this time proves the management just doesnt care and it is the same ole story for hotels in the Philippines. Maybe its the contracts employees sign to work menial jobs. Management can't fire them? Or the employees can't quit? Idk. Anyways no cable box in our room and when we asked the front desk about cable all she said was you can watch you tube. We asked her "is it this way in every room? " She giggled and said "no, just yours"! We asked her to chamge our room. She never got back to us. Note: again this was our4th time, returning customers! And this is how much they care. The elevators are crap. 272 rooms in this place. An average of 3 people to a room i guess. That is 800 people PLUS the staff vying for 2 elevators! Takes 10 minutes or MORE everytime you want to catch an elevator. I mentioned this on a previous review. But its only gotten worse. They shut down one elevator in the evening and morning. I won't go back here. Thisbis nothing but a glorified version of a hop in or sogo! The owners group should be ashamed of themselves. When a person stays at a hotel we expect to relax and get treat with some care. I won't even bring up the cool Luke warm "hot" water or the dreadful poop smells in the hall ways and elevators.

I found this place for staycation in trip.com and I would definitely recommend the place. The hotel is a humble place, lobby/reception area is a little bit small it could use some improvements. There were also 2 elevators so have patience when waiting for your turn. Other than that I was greeted by a warm smile at the reception when I check in and it says there's deposit policy but the reception said he will waiver it as it has been already fully paid. Absolutely love the garden room. Love the infinity pool also. I'll be back here again for another staycation.
