Hotel is about a 5-10 min walk from Nagano Station. Very convenient. Check in was through a machine with help from the friendly staff. Check out was really quick.
The rooms are bigger than we expected and everything we need was there. Bed was comfortable and we slept through well. Plus plus.
Overall, it was a good value, good location and comfortable stay for us.
Will not hesitate to return.

室内は清潔でベッドが広く、安心して滞在できました。ロビーにコーヒーがあるのがよかったです。温泉は、私が行った時は夜も朝も２人ぐらいの利用でゆっくりできました。立地は、駅から近く、善光寺にも歩いて行けます。
