料理もとても美味しく、部屋も綺麗だった
部屋から見る山の景色も綺麗でしたし、朝食の時に座った角席から見た景色も綺麗だった！
また利用したいと思う。

家族で宿泊しました。 桜が見頃で秩父を一望できるお部屋からの眺めがとても良かったです^_^ 温泉は2階にあり、露天風呂はありませんが、広々した浴槽で湯温も39度と暑すぎず、ゆったりと浸かれました。 お風呂からの眺めも良かったです。 残念な点は夕食のサービスでした。 せかせかしたスタッフもいれば、マイペースで配膳が遅いスタッフもいて、とにかくテンポが悪いです。 朝食は打って変わって、スタッフの方々の愛想が良く、気持ちよく食事を楽しめました。 アメニティーは安いビジネスホテルレベルです。 自然と眺望を満喫するにはおすすめの宿です。

全体的に従業員の態度が悪く、とても悪い気分での旅行になってしまいました。具体的に説明すると、朝食場所に間違えて1時間早く行ってしまった時に、2人の従業員にかなりキツい言葉をかけられました。こちらのミスで1時間も早く朝食を用意して頂いたのは有難かったのですが、その後の従業員の態度がとても不可解でした。その他にもたくさんのキツい言葉をかけられ気分が悪い旅行になってしまいました。とても歴史ある旅館なので、従業員の態度を見直して欲しいなと思いました。

ちゃんと送迎バスの予約をしてもリストから漏れていて運転手から嘘つき呼ばわりされ、帰りのバスは置いてかれて5分前にさっさと出発されてしまった。 狙われて受けた仕打ちなら凄いチームプレーだと思う。

幼稚園の娘をつれて家族３人でスタンダードコースで宿泊しました。 夕飯の食事が品数も少なく、ご飯のおかずになるものが無かったです。すき焼き風の味付けの小さい鍋が各自ありましたが味が薄くて肉が硬い。 天ぷらは野菜のみで舞茸、人参、大根、カリフラワーでした。薄い天つゆが付いてましたがこれもご飯のおかずになるような味ではありません。 前菜や小鉢は１つの容器にまとめられていて野菜中心です。 前菜の中に焼きリンゴ、芋羊羹が入ってました。無理矢理品数を増やすために入れた様な印象です。 〆のご飯は手打ちうどんも選べるので、１食はうどんにしました。こちらの名物らしいのですがあまりコシのない麺でした。おはしで簡単に切れます。食べながらプツプツと切れてしまいます。味はこれも薄味です。 こんな感じなのでアルコールも頼まず30分弱で早々に切り上げ車を出して山を下り、近くの「ほっともっと」でお弁当を買ってきて部屋で食べました。 朝食は普通ですがやっぱり野菜中心で量が少なめ。納豆や鮭が(切り身が半分)あったので何とか食べました。 これで１人10000円以下なら納得しますが、娘の施設利用料金を入れて27200円は高いかな。施設利用料金は880円なので大人は税込13000円ちょっと。すごく高く感じました。 良かった所は釜戸で炊いたご飯が美味しかった事、朝食後にコーヒーのサービスがあることです。 全体的に値段に見合ってないと思います。 お風呂も温泉の運び湯ですが、露天風呂が無い。 部屋に到着時に旅館でよくあるお菓子も置いてない。 畳がケバケバになっている所が多く、ストッキングがダメになる。 ユースホステルや国民宿舎をイメージして行けば色々な所は我慢出来ると思いますが、この料金だと2度と行かないでしょう。他にも良い宿はありますしね。
