Great place to stay, spacious apartment, aircon can be improved as the bedroom is quite warm compared to the living room. Was given the highest floor that is level 22. Great view. Only downside is ants appear from nowhere whenever food was left unattended for a few mins.

The spread of breakfast is excellent.
Only question is that Mobile can enter to carpark from main entrance.
Why motorcycle can only enter by sidedoor n not the main entrance of the cark park
I have my own motorbike n was stop by the security from entering from the main entrance of the cark park
I was direct to go in by the side door that is the slope leading to the cark park. I m a guest of the hotel n I pay for the room I occupied.. what the difference between mobile n motorbike. Difference treatment. Please do some correction on this matter. Tks

1) Died cockroach under the tv console.
2) toilet got very strong urine smell
3) bathroom basin bottom trap leaking.
4) floor trap for shower room chocked
5) the room power trip a few times. The technician found that the transformer wire burned.

Overall good experience, only the aircon is not working properly., sometimes hot sometimes cold.
Services is excellent as the technician is trying to help.

The apartment was good with amenities like swimming pool and gym. The breakfast spread was good too . The location of this hotel is kinda isolated and not much eateries around.. all major shopping malls need to take transportation like Grab. No massage Center around unless calling for hotel one which is slightly expensive. The apartment does not provide with mineral waters. It has a water dispenser but we don’t know if the water is drinkable. Overall, the stay was a little disappointed as we have high expectations on this hotel.

We booked this hotel because they hv 3 bedroom. Staff at the restaurant for breakfast was friendly and helpful. Food served was also very delicious and plentiful.
