Artotel Batam

First time stay but it's a good location and good value hotel. Breakfast was fantastic! Will stay again when visit!

Whenever I travel to Batam, my lodging will most likely be at Artotel Batam. The hotel location is easily accessible to places of interest and nice restaurants. My trip to Batam is around twice a year.

Amazing stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness-wise, I would say much can be improved. The bedsheets were old and had stains. Cutleries and utensils from the restaurants weren’t very clean also. However, service was very good. I requested for a change of room due to noise issue and staff managed to switch for us.

Pleasant stay. Good location. Massage service is just right outside. And there is a kmart for all your necessities

The bed was comfortable and comes with 2 pillows Room is spacious and toilets are clean without any strange smell Staff are friendly and helpful Need to ask for toilet paper as they only give one roll And the blackout curtains don’t block out all the light There is a noodle station during breakfast but only had dry noodles for first day

Good location and good price during weekday . A K mart in front of the hotel make stay very convenient . Near to local eateries

Conveniently located to malls, market and viral cafes. Massages and spas are also very near. Convenient stores located right in front of hotel. They have room services too, remember to ask the front desk. Walkable to itsumo tart area as well.
