Hotel locate near Shop area and not far from wet market.. Easy to find. Nearby have massage parlour and entertainment centre. Good area. This is my 3rd time staying here. Looking to have more days to relax here.

Toilet bowl was choked and hotel wifi coverage was poor. Need to open room door for wifi, thus security compromised.

Fourth time here and will be coming back again. Strategic location and superb price. Bed super comfortable with hot shower. Food within walking distance. You should try it.

Nice hotel with a good smell from their lobby to their towel! Really curious what detergent they used for their towels and linens! We try their spa massage too and it’s good. Strategic location too.

Good value for the price paid. The Carbone restauramt at level 4 of the hotel offers very good food. It is also near to Nagoya foodcourt which offers many food options. The Batam 1 Fried Rice at Carbone was fantastic.

The location is very good, within walking distance to the food court. There are small shops downstairs. The only thing is that it is a bit noisy at night because it is in a residential area. Also, the facilities are broken and have not been repaired.

Fairly new hotel located in Nagoya Batam. Room i stayed (327) is clean except bathroom wash basin is choked. Tv channels are good and staff is friendly and attentive.
