The facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you will be woken up to the call of prayer frequently. I have no problem with people exercising there religious traditions I would just like a forewarning about being woken at 5AM to hear the it.

Never thought I’d be able to stay in a place like this on a very reasonable price. I’m a super happy that I chose this place over the cheap and convenient Tonsai area options. It was peaceful even though there were quite a lot of families with small children. I’m not sure if this was because I was a few days ahead of the October 1 opening of Maya Bay tourism season but nevertheless, it was a great experience. Hotel organized activities are quite pricy but a lot of options with the local village tour vendors so shop around before you decide.

Exceptional view and service. Quiet location for get away holiday. Really enjoy the food from local village restaurants. There’s bicycle can rent for free. Great experience for riding around the resort and village.

We booked this room for our two children. Upon check-in, we requested that our rooms be close together, and the hotel kindly provided a complimentary upgrade. This certainly warrants another positive review! Bicycles are available for complimentary rental at the hotel, although a fee applies if they are damaged or lost. The swimming pools are nice. We only used the one located near the beach; the other one with a slide was a bit too far, so we didn't bother going. The hotel offers a 'Nemo' fish feeding service daily, from 9-10 AM and seemingly again from 4-5 PM, which the children absolutely loved. Breakfast was quite good, with plenty of variety and fresh fruit juices. During our stay, we could explore the tidal flats between 10-11 AM and 9-10 PM. The children had a blast catching small fish and crabs. Mosquitoes were not a significant issue at the hotel, and we even saw a lizard.

Already asked my husband when we can visit again! This was my favorite beach resort we have stayed at. Staff is so incredibly helpful and organized. Resort is beautiful. Pools were amazing and location was great! Two things for others booking this resort: - learning how to get here without using the resort’s pricy transfer service was tricky! We ended up booking a ferry to the island’s northern port and found they would drop us off directly at our resort. Round trip first class cost us less than half of the resort’s charter. We also hiked the trail to the main port. Be aware: this is not a trail you can take luggage on. It’s narrow, constantly changes elevation and super uneven.  - the food and drinks in the village right behind the resort is better and much cheaper.

A true amazing experience. The facilities are great. The hotel is well designed for vacation. The restaurants at the hotel are great. The staffs are hospitality and professional. The private beach is beautiful. Highly recommended if you are thinking about staying at Phi Phi.

Amazing place, great hotel, very kind and helpful staff. Bit pricey but definitely worth it. We will come back .

Excellent resort, highly memorable trip. Very entertaining and peaceful together.  Cons - Night lighting on internal roads of resort is not good, might be dangerous to some due to insects, snakes and reptiles.  The slide in fun pool has some sharp edges.

Amazing location! Beautiful scenery. There's a small village behind the resort that is worth checking out. It offers a little more variety than on the resort which has limited options. We booked an island tour through the resort which I would highly recommend. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful

Nice place to getaway. Not many stuff to do around the hotel.
