Overall it worths the price that we are paying for. If it’s for improvement, it would be the noise cancellation. Few times we thought there’s someone knocking on our door but it was actually the next door. Breakfast spread was good, lots of varieties. The lontong and kopi tarik really stood out.

Perfect location, walkable to massage and restaurants nearby. Grand batam mall is also a short cab ride away. Service is great as well. Breakfast is decent with sufficient variety. Rooms are clean.

I always love this location and always stay at Aston hotels. Aston Nagoya City is my choice because of its location, service, food. Staff are always very pleasant. I loved it when I entered the lobby they greeted me by my name, very personal very nice. I work in the service industry so customer service is important. Thank you, my stay was lovely, I will be back and they always accomodate my request on the high floor because I love photos of clouds.

This is a very clean hotel with good service and at a very good location. The price of this is also very cheap the only cons is that the hotel have no pool and gym

First time in Aston and was really happy throughout the check in and check out process.
Room given as per requested near lift is acceptable. Bfast was delicious and many varities. Staff service also very good.
Overall satified. Will come again in near future

It’s a nice and convenient hotel in Batam. There are many eateries and amenities around. The staffs are very friendly and polite. The breakfast has many varieties of food too. Good 👍🏻

It's a good location, a lot of restaurants and food market to eat nearby and walking distance to Nagoya shopping mall. Staff are friendly, and the hotel breakfast is excellent. We will definitely come back another time.
