The profession service at Furano La Terre is highly commendable. We arrived 8:45 pm due to some delays collecting our car at New Chitose airport. Our dinner was served hot immediately upon arrival. The chef & kitchen staff served us with a smile & patiently explained the dishes and showed us how yo enjoyed the dishes. We were so touched & at the same time apologetic. The onsen is very good & the breakfast and view outside was exceptional. We are glad we stayed at the Furano La Terra and will come back again. Thank you to the front desk staff and the chief stewart who served us dinner. Highly recommended 👍

Had a very pleasant stay with my family of 5 pax, 3 pax on tatami and 2 pax on single beds. Breakfast and Dinner was a full traditional Jap meal experience and service was superb. Onsen was definitely a bonus and we enjoyed winding down after each day. As hotel is away from town, having own transport is definitely a must!

Clean, quiet, superb dinner, beautiful night sky and flower fields (which we went on wrong season, so could not witness)

Not much choices of hotel/resort because of same day booking. Its traditional type of Japanese style resort that provide green tea powder & kettle filled with hot water & 2 type of Hokkaido biscuits. Room are spacious, only the bath area tiny.

Better than expected, high CP value, beautiful environment, Japanese breakfast, acceptable, but you have to get up very early, breakfast must be finished before 9 o'clock, There is a supermarket nearby, very convenient, very convenient to go to tourist attractions and restaurants, the price is not expensive, the environment is quiet! It is a traditional hot spring hotel. We chose the one with Japanese design. The hotel has only two floors. You can see Tokachidake from the window. It is a picturesque view. The hotel is small but complete. I think the selling point is the breakfast and dinner. The cold dishes are Japanese set meals and the breakfast is a buffet. The hotel and restaurant service staff are very attentive and professional.

A bit surprised, because the Ctrip rating is not high, and I was worried that the hotel is average. I chose it because it is close to the JR station and can be reached on foot, which is very important for free travel without driving. I chose a one-night stay and two meals. The dinner time is 18:00/18:30/19:00/19:30 respectively. If you miss it, you will miss it. Please note that the meals are as shown in the picture. The dinner is good, and the breakfast is average (it is recommended to add a Western breakfast option). The hotel room is well maintained, so I think it is worth recording with a camera. The window is large and faces the sunrise in winter. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day of check-in and I didn’t enjoy it. I hope to have a chance to come again next year. There are also many hot spring pools, both indoor and outdoor, and there are coin-operated massage chairs outside, which are very good. Later I found that the hotel also has rooms with private baths. I hope I can experience it next time. I stayed here for one night when I went to Biei and Furano. The experience was full

The location is great, you can see the entire Tokachidake from the window, it's very beautiful. There is a big supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, making shopping very convenient. The hot spring room is very large and has a wide variety of dishes. When checking in, the thermos was filled with hot water. The service was very considerate and the breakfast was a set meal, which was very delicious.

There is a supermarket next to the hotel within a three-minute walk. Free parking. It only takes us 20 minutes to drive to the Forest Fairy Terrace. We can go later to avoid encountering large groups of tourists on tour buses.

Convenient location, clean rooms, great baths, high and low temperature pools, saunas, outdoor baths, and cave baths. The front desk and restaurant staff were polite and patient with the details of dinner. praise!

The hotel hot spring is great, the service is great, the room is clean, I will go there next time.
