The location is really remote, on top of a mountain. You have to check in before 9pm. I arrived at 10pm first. The service of the hotel staff is very good👍🏻They are gentle and comfortable. The environment is beautiful, but the disadvantage is that it is far away. Drivers need to be careful to keep turning around. There are no street lights along the road. It is recommended to go to the hotel before entering the dark.

It turns out that the price I paid was for a normal room type, which was different from the room type shown in the pictures on the website. Fortunately, after I reported it to the hotel and they happened to have a room available at the same time, I was able to request the room type shown in the photo. The hotel stated that the room type in the photo would be 5,000-7,000 yen more expensive per person! Thank you very much to the hotel for letting us stay in the room type we wanted. So be on the lookout for website images that are inconsistent with the facts. The hotel environment is good. Dinner is a buffet, including Japanese hot pot and delicious steak! Staff are friendly and helpful. If you want to spend some leisurely and quiet time, this is a good choice.

The staff at the front desk and the guide to the parking lot were very attentive to every detail and made me feel welcome. Also, we were given a free upgrade to a corner room, which was great. However, as soon as I arrived at the room, I was surprised to find that there was cotton dust in every corner, which ruined the "feeling of being taken care of" that I hated in the hearts of the employees I came into contact with. . When I entered the room and opened the refrigerator to cool my drink, there was still cake from the previous room, and when I went to the toilet, there was hair in the unit bath. I contacted the front desk and was shown to the next room, but there was hair there too. It was not cleaned properly and it was the first time I had stayed in such a hotel. And then I was changed to a different room. The curtains were moldy and the bathroom basin was stained. It was a really terrible hotel.

Stayed at GW. I couldn't get a tamura, so I stayed here in the same group. Considering the prices during the busy Golden Week season, I feel like I'm going to give up on the quality of the facilities and food, but I'm more than satisfied with the fact that I was able to fully enjoy Tamura's hot springs for the extra charge. The grand hot spring was also good. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained. Some of the dinners have difficult flavors, so it would be nice if they could prepare something for the kids. There are many kinds of breakfast as well. . That's the impression.
