The location is really remote, on top of a mountain. You have to check in before 9pm. I arrived at 10pm first. The service of the hotel staff is very good👍🏻They are gentle and comfortable. The environment is beautiful, but the disadvantage is that it is far away. Drivers need to be careful to keep turning around. There are no street lights along the road. Stayed at GW. I couldn't get a tamura, so I stayed here in the same group. Considering the prices during the busy Golden Week season, I feel like I'm going to give up on the quality of the facilities and food, but I'm more than satisfied with the fact that I was able to fully enjoy Tamura's hot springs for the extra charge. This hotel uses old photos in their listing. Onsen area is VERY dirty and OLD. Also some of the photos are of other hotels the same companies owns. BEWARE. Breakfast is LOW LOW quality. None of the staff seem to care. We canceled out 2nd night stay.
