The hotel is located right behind the Nanjing Museum, is “close” to the Ming Tombs, and is close to the Ming Koo Kung subway station which provides easy access to many sights in Nanjing.
There is even a street food bazaar right next door!
The only downside of this hotel is that it does not offer a free laundry room."

"It was quite late when I arrived, and I didn't check in until past 11 PM. However, the staff at the guest services center were incredibly accommodating throughout, and any issues were handled promptly. The lady from guest services on the 35th floor was particularly kind and helped me move to a more suitable room. They even upgraded my room type, truly making me feel at home and ensuring my complete satisfaction.
After shopping these past two days, the hotel even helped me refrigerate my desserts. A staff member brought my shopping up to my room with a luggage cart. Even during check-out, a staff member assisted me by taking my luggage all the way to my car, loaded it into the trunk, and thoughtfully reminded me that my bubble tea could be placed in the car's cup holder. They even helped me dispose of my trash.
Later, I realized I had left my iPad in the room. I contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly arranged for it to be delivered to me. I was very satisfied with the service provided by HT at the guest services center. Every single staff member at the hotel was incredibly friendly and approachable. Next time I visit Nanjing, I will definitely choose Jinling Hotel again."

"I passed by this hotel when I went to Yangzhou for a trip. I booked a room out of curiosity. I didn't expect to receive a call from the hotel staff before I arrived at the hotel, asking me when I would arrive at the hotel and if I had any special requirements. I said I brought children with me. The hotel took the initiative to say that they could add a child's bed for me. This was such a surprise. I was worried that the child would not be comfortable squeezing with adults. After arriving at the hotel, the lobby was very tall and decorated in Chinese style. It can be seen that the quality is very good. The staff prepared a small backpack for the child, which contained a child's toothbrush and slippers. The child was so happy that she took off and ran around in the lobby. The staff accompanied her all the time. The room was very clean and tidy. The child's bed was also thoughtfully equipped with a small pillow and fruits, which swept away the fatigue along the way. I have stayed in many hotels. This one is really attentive. Even the bedside tables and table corners were covered with anti-collision stickers. The network and hot water were good. My family had a very happy stay. I even went to the hotel's garden to take a look. Nanjing in early spring is beautiful, with plum blossoms in full bloom and rich fragrance. This must be praised"

MmtkxyddThe hotel's Horizon Club was excellent, offering stunning views overlooking Xuanwu Lake. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour offerings at the Horizon Club were abundant and delicious, and the staff were very warm and welcoming. However, the front office service, particularly in terms of attention to detail and coordination, could benefit from further staff training to truly live up to the Shangri-La brand's reputation.
My room booking included tickets to the city wall. During check-in, the front desk provided me with an executive benefits list, stating that all listed benefits were available. However, city wall tickets were not mentioned on the list, and I didn't give it much thought then. No staff member mentioned the city wall tickets to me even up until I checked out.
On the day of my departure, I returned to the hotel around 4 PM, with about two hours to spare, so I inquired at the front desk about the city wall tickets. The front desk advised me to speak with the concierge. At the concierge desk, the staff patiently tried to book the tickets for me, but after several attempts, they were unable to secure a booking. It was only then we discovered that bookings are not accepted after 5 PM, and tickets could only be reserved for the following day. This wasted everyone's time.
Both the Jiangnan Zaocai restaurant and the Helipad experience appointments were pre-arranged and confirmed with me by the hotel. So why was there no one to remind guests about the booking deadline for the city wall tickets?

XXiaofanfanailvyouMy experience with the service was extremely disappointing:
1. We weren't contacted with the park admission details until very close to our check-in time on the day of arrival, which meant we couldn't enter the park early to explore. Moreover, the 'butler service' was practically non-existent.
2. My family and a group of foreign (Caucasian) guests entered the hotel lobby at the same time. Immediately, three staff members rushed to assist the foreign guests, while not a single person acknowledged or greeted my family. I was quite frankly appalled to witness such blatant preferential treatment towards foreign guests – it was truly an eye-opener! (I hope the hotel management considers who their primary clientele truly is in this rather remote location near the Garden Expo Park – is it locals or foreign visitors?)
3. I had been promised a room upgrade by a staff member beforehand, only to be told upon arrival that no upgrade was available?! If an upgrade genuinely wasn't possible, a proactive notification beforehand would have been perfectly fine and understandable. However, it's unacceptable to enthusiastically promise something and then fail to deliver without any prior communication.
4. The front desk informed us that the children's toiletries and slippers would be delivered ”shortly.” This ”shortly” turned into several hours. We only managed to get them after we finally caught a staff member doing the turndown service.
5. Regarding the shuttle service, we were told upon boarding that it would depart in three minutes. Instead, we waited over ten minutes for it to leave, almost causing us to miss our dinner reservation at another venue.
Your hotel's facilities, design, aesthetics, and cleanliness are all excellent. My only hope is that you seriously address and improve these service shortcomings. Thank you!

HHildaWe spent our weekend in Nanjing for a musical show at Nanjing Poly Theatre and Tianshiju Executive Apartment is a perfect location for us as it's right next to the theatre. The apartments are actually occupying the top floors of the International Youth Convention Hotel where the guests can share the hotel facilities. We were staying in the 2-bedroom apartment with big rooms and living areas, which is well-furnished, well-maintained and the air inside the room is fresh with no bad smell. More important, the front desk staffs are all very friendly and helpful especially Miss Anna Hu who is super patient and efficient. Also, surprising us is the free afternoon tea from 3pm to 7pm daily in the dining area which is not big but quiet. Thus, it would be perfect for those who would like to sit down for a quiet drink and snacks with friends.
We had an enjoyable stay in Tianshiju and would definitiely visit again in our next Nanjing trip!!

LLinjudegouI brought my sister here for a trip before university started. We heard they offer quite a spread, boasting five meals a day. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, while lunch and afternoon tea were just average. The service was genuinely thoughtful and incredibly responsive – they truly catered to our every need! A huge shout-out to our driver! He was incredibly eloquent, sharing fascinating insights into Nanjing's history throughout our rides. My sister remarked that he clearly not only loves his job but also has a deep passion for Nanjing! Staying at The Ritz-Carlton made it incredibly convenient to visit places like Deji Plaza, Jiming Temple, and the Nanjing Museum. Oh, and a side note: the hotel toothbrushes were surprisingly the most comfortable we've ever used!

This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed.
While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

The hotel is in a good location, only 15 minutes from Nanjing Station, very convenient.
The pot stickers and duck blood vermicelli for breakfast in the hotel are very good🤭🤭, very Nanjing-style and authentic.
We also checked in for the camp barbecue, but the weather was not cooperative and the wind was a bit strong.
The children also went to the children's club, which was well received👏👏👏

They proactively contacted me even before my arrival, understood my needs, and upgraded me to a river-view room, ensuring all children's amenities were thoughtfully prepared. On the day of check-out, they again reached out, and upon learning my itinerary, arranged a late check-out for me. Their service truly deserves a five-star rating!
**Room:** Extremely clean, with all the children's amenities already set up before check-in. The service was incredibly thoughtful! Guest Services were very responsive and professional.
**Breakfast:** There was a conference during my stay, so the restaurant was quite busy. However, food items were replenished promptly, and tables were cleared quickly, preventing any chaos despite the crowd. The quality was good overall. While there weren't many Chinese stir-fry dishes, they offered delicious duck blood vermicelli and plain noodles. The breakfast leans more towards Western style.
**Transportation:** A taxi ride to Confucius Temple takes less than 30 minutes, traffic permitting. It's very convenient whether you're driving or taking a taxi. Facing the Yangtze River, I much prefer the comfort and tranquility here compared to the hustle and bustle of the city center.
**Fitness Facilities:** The swimming pool was clean and came with a sauna. My only minor gripe is that the pool is a bit small, and it can get quite crowded, making it difficult to swim freely.
**Suggestions:** Firstly, when searching on Ctrip for '2 adults and 1 child', standard rooms didn't show up, and if family rooms were fully booked, they wouldn't appear either. I only found this hotel through Ctrip's 'family-friendly hotel recommendations'. Secondly, given that this is a family-friendly hotel, I hope they can display the breakfast price for '2 adults and 1 child' during the booking process. Having to pay separately for a child's breakfast each time isn't a great experience.

CChenmeiliclI came to Ziqing Lake for vacation for the third time. It was during the New Year's Day holiday and the room was fully booked. There were queues for meals and hot springs. Fortunately, the service was not discounted. Overall, the management was more standardized than the previous two times. In addition, there was an entrance to the zoo in the hotel, which was really convenient. The facilities in Building 7 were cost-effective, but the hair dryer was a bit old. Halfway through the hair drying, the automatic protection stopped, and half of the hair could only be air-dried

Kids customised room located quite far from hotel lobby,but very clean and very nice .
Bar fridge was empty .

DDezigeMy stay here was absolutely wonderful! Waking up to see the morning mist drift over the lake, and in the evening, watching the sunset paint the riverbanks red – every photo you take here is postcard-perfect. Xuanwu Lake Park is just a 10-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for cycling around the lake or taking a boat ride. It's also only 3 subway stops directly to the Presidential Palace, and you can reach Fuzi Temple in just half an hour. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft and pleasant against the skin, and the service is exceptionally thoughtful – any request is met with an immediate response. Staying here means you can fall asleep to beautiful lake views and easily visit Nanjing's landmarks. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Nanjing!
