房間隔音很一般（你懂的），隔壁打電話的聲音聽得清清楚楚，但好在隔壁房間房客作息規律，沒影響睡覺休息。因為第二天要考試和前台説延遲1小時也就是13點退房，第一天説要收延遲退房費30元/時，第二天好像換了個前台，説要收我40元/時，搞笑呢，一家店標準還不一樣，再説你們家祝三小時鐘點房也就50啊，延遲退房這麼貴哈哈哈最後我付了30元/時

酒店在小區外圍，大堂裝修的挺乾淨明亮，但是房間裏面很差強人意。 房間不大，衹有一個很小的窗户，不透氣，有點潮濕和異味。房間隔音不好，外面如果有聲音非常明顯。 房間燈光也很暗，把全部的燈打開也感覺很暗。衞生細節也看不清，住進來那天就在被子上看到毛髮，然後又在桌子上看到毛髮。挺噁心的。 洗漱用品我都用自己帶的，刷牙杯子裏有小蟲子。 洗澡的噴頭裝的太高了，而且角度不能再往下調了。170的身高，水衹能從我頭頂掃過去，如果身高1米6以上，估計洗澡水都淋不到人。 就這房間還兩百多，哪裡值了？！

來這邊出差，這家酒店環境真不錯，裝修簡約大方，前台的服務態度超好，詢問的情況前台也很有耐心解答，衞生條件也放心，體驗感比較不錯，信價比也可以，非常值得推薦

其他都挺好，就是這床單都這樣了還用！也不知道是被煙頭燙的還是蟲子咬的。燈光比較昏暗，房間沒有大燈。

房間靠臨街，因為酒店在小區附近，旁邊也可以沿湖散步，過年期間早上十點到了先辦理了入住，前台不錯，附近走去地鐵站也不遠，算性價比可以的。

主要問題：隔音極差。 隔壁洗漱、打電話全能聽到，關門聲音很大，凌晨1點過隔壁洗澡就會被吵醒，樓道叫聲、拖行李也很吵。
