Nice hotel centrally located. Attentive housekeeping. Convenience store on the first floor as well as a Luckin coffee.

All I can say is the service of the front desk staff and F&B service is great..Good customer oriented and front desk is professional.. Room amenities is very pathetic giving a banana, plum and cherry tomato..Looks very cheap and banana is spoiled a bit..Is not 5 star standard..The noise of the housekeeping staff talking outside my room is like shouting and screaming...Anyway hope that the management will take note of this..

Nanjing seemed like a cool city, but I actually feel like this hotel could have been the best part. Fantastic service, super clean and modern room (everything worked perfectly), and elegant furnishings. Highly recommended!

Nice room. Service is average. Downstairs has a convenience shop. Room has small kitchen but doesn't has any utensils. Requested for it but took a bit longer to get them.

Great room: extremely large and spacious for the location and price! Large bathroom with shower and tub, and a very nice view. Comfortable bedding and clean room. Excellent location right downtown. Swimming pool on the roof is not air conditioned but it's nice otherwise. Breakfast is a little lackluster and front desk service could be friendlier, but overall very good value for money. We will return when in Nanjing again.

Parking: There are many free parking spaces in the underground garage, which is very convenient. Service: Check in at the front desk on the third floor. The procedures are convenient and the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. In addition, the specialty restaurant on the third floor provides take-out service, and the order can be delivered to the room. Ctrip rarely booked hotels with breakfast, which is really inconvenient. After understanding the situation, the front desk manager helped me to upgrade and enjoy the discounted buffet breakfast the next day. The room was big; Ms. Yan at the front desk was very friendly; the room was clean and hygienic. But there was one serious complaint: the breakfast was too expensive and the variety was limited. The room I booked cost more than 400 yuan without breakfast, and one breakfast cost 160 yuan more, and two breakfasts cost 240 yuan more. We were inexperienced and thought the breakfast was super rich, so we booked it, but it turned out to be too ordinary. It was worth 20-40 yuan at most.
