The room is designed as an apartment, not a hotel. We upgraded to a suite of more than 100 square meters on the same day, but it was too big for two people. I was very bothered that the hotel and the nursing home were in the same building and lobby, but the elevators were on different floors. I saw many elderly people coming in and out while waiting for the elevator, which was very strange. If I had known, I would definitely not have chosen it. The bathroom and shower room in the room also looked like a nursing home room design. The breakfast was ok with many varieties, but parking was very troublesome. I had to park in the mall. I wandered around for more than ten minutes before I found the entrance to the hotel. I will not choose it next time.

It was my first time to bring my kids to Nanjing. I chose to stay at Xin Yi Hui. It took a long time to check in. I thought I could check in early, but when I got there, I was told that the room was not cleaned yet. I can only say that the business is really good. I waited for more than an hour before I successfully checked in. We booked a superior twin bed, and the front desk helped us upgrade to a health suite for free. It has a massage chair and a kitchen and living room area, which is larger than what we booked before. The children love the robot that can deliver meals to the door. They said they would stay in this hotel next time.

When we checked in, we were upgraded to a river view suite. The view was very good, and we could see the river view. The room was very large, and the curved floor-to-ceiling windows were very beautiful, so we chose to stay for another night. The family was very satisfied with the stay. It was convenient for eating and shopping next to the shopping mall. When we extended our stay, the manager saw the child crying and gave him a small gift to make the child happy. It was very considerate, and he quickly helped us to go through the extension procedures, which was very efficient. A very warm and humane hotel, the service is very considerate, and it is worth staying.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with warm decoration, and feels like home. The front desk service must be praised, very considerate and enthusiastic, with good service attitude, and convenient parking. It is close to the mall and is also suitable for shopping and dining. It is an elderly-friendly hotel and is recommended to stay.
