Hotels in Lukou International Airport, Nanjing

The facilities were fine, but the room was right next to the apron, making it quite noisy. The service definitely needs an upgrade. I was ready downstairs at 6:30 AM for my airport drop-off, as arranged during my pick-up. However, the shuttle driver was having breakfast, and the front desk informed me their car had broken down. They then suggested I walk to the airport with three suitcases and a minor, assuring me it was only a ten-minute walk. If it weren't for the airport pick-up and drop-off service, who would spend 300-400 yuan for a 6-hour layover stay at this hotel? Especially since breakfast isn't even included. Compared to other Atour hotels, the service here really needs improvement. The shuttle driver's attitude could also be more consistent and considerate.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, and their shuttle service is a huge plus. I arrived at the airport late at night, and after calling the hotel, they were there to pick me up in under 5 minutes – truly impressive! My room was on the 2nd floor and was quite spacious and comfortable, with decent sound insulation. The next day, they also provided transfers to the subway station or the airport. Their service is truly thoughtful.

I was a little disappointed. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always enjoyed my stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable and it is very convenient for either a late arrival or early morning flight. My only complaint would be the choice available for in-room dining. The only available western food available on the menu was an assorted fruit plate. I seem to remember a much bigger selection in previous stays. That being said I will stay there again and would recommend.

I used trip dot com built in voice call function to reach out to the front desk to arrange for pick up from the airport. Ding sifu was our driver and came to pick us up quickly. Front desk was helpful and responsive. Would recommend this hotel for any transit guests!

Our flight was delayed, forcing us to stay in Nanjing for one night. However, the hotel we stayed at on our final night left us with wonderful memories. They provided free shuttle service; the friendly front desk lady upgraded our room for free; we also had a franchise restaurant within the hotel where we could order takeout, and the hot dishes were delicious. The hotel is new, and the rooms are spacious and quiet, with Xiaodu Smart Connect. If you need to stay near the airport, this is a great choice. The first rays of morning light at the airport are a gift to everyone.

The hotel experience was very good. The environment was clean and hygienic, the surroundings were also clean, not noisy at all, and there was an air purifier in the room, which was very thoughtful. It was the best hotel I've stayed in near the airport, and the free airport shuttle service was great.

I saw a lot of people recommending this on Xiaohongshu. I didn't expect much from the price (too cheap), but the accommodation experience was really good and the price-performance ratio was really high. The service attitude was good, clean and tidy, and the bath towels were all disposable. There was no odor in the room. This price is absolutely worth it 👍Next time I board a flight from WA Nanjing, I will come here again!

Very well organised - a driver picked us up from the metro station when we arrived in the evening and we were taken to the airport at 5am. Receptionist was welcoming and checked us in efficiently. This is a huge hotel, all pre-fabricated but sound proofing must be good as we didn't hear anything during the night, we both slept very well, bed very comfortable. Bathroom was small but fit for purpose. We recommend this hotel if you need somewhere comfortable to rest before taking an early flight.
