"It was quite late when I arrived, and I didn't check in until past 11 PM. However, the staff at the guest services center were incredibly accommodating throughout, and any issues were handled promptly. The lady from guest services on the 35th floor was particularly kind and helped me move to a more suitable room. They even upgraded my room type, truly making me feel at home and ensuring my complete satisfaction. After shopping these past two days, the hotel even helped me refrigerate my desserts. A staff member brought my shopping up to my room with a luggage cart. Even during check-out, a staff member assisted me by taking my luggage all the way to my car, loaded it into the trunk, and thoughtfully reminded me that my bubble tea could be placed in the car's cup holder. They even helped me dispose of my trash. Later, I realized I had left my iPad in the room. I contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly arranged for it to be delivered to me. I was very satisfied with the service provided by HT at the guest services center. Every single staff member at the hotel was incredibly friendly and approachable. Next time I visit Nanjing, I will definitely choose Jinling Hotel again."

"A friend of mine visited Nanjing and booked this hotel online, drawn by its excellent location. They confirmed its prime spot after checking in. As it was my first stay here, I found the overall experience to be great. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway station, and taxis are easily accessible. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch."

"Great value for a 5-star hotel! Rooms are spacious and decor is nice, the included buffet breakfast offers a lot of variety and is tasty. The hotel is located right behind the Nanjing Museum, is “close” to the Ming Tombs, and is close to the Ming Koo Kung subway station which provides easy access to many sights in Nanjing. There is even a street food bazaar right next door! The only downside of this hotel is that it does not offer a free laundry room."

"My stay here was absolutely wonderful! Waking up to see the morning mist drift over the lake, and in the evening, watching the sunset paint the riverbanks red – every photo you take here is postcard-perfect. Xuanwu Lake Park is just a 10-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for cycling around the lake or taking a boat ride. It's also only 3 subway stops directly to the Presidential Palace, and you can reach Fuzi Temple in just half an hour. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft and pleasant against the skin, and the service is exceptionally thoughtful – any request is met with an immediate response. Staying here means you can fall asleep to beautiful lake views and easily visit Nanjing's landmarks. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Nanjing!"

"Service : excellent as i arrived at the midnight they chat me tho to ensure my whereabout. Mr Wang- King even gave us breakie coupon for 2 pax. Thats a very kind of you. Thank you Location : near xinjiekou line 2 but you have to walked for 15-20 mins, the nearest one is line 3 tianfuyuan walked for 8-10 mins Cleanliness & amenities : pretty clean, smart toilet, smart yifeiyifei🤩 Overall staying 3 nights here is pretty nice."

"The hotel's Horizon Club was excellent, offering stunning views overlooking Xuanwu Lake. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour offerings at the Horizon Club were abundant and delicious, and the staff were very warm and welcoming. However, the front office service, particularly in terms of attention to detail and coordination, could benefit from further staff training to truly live up to the Shangri-La brand's reputation. My room booking included tickets to the city wall. During check-in, the front desk provided me with an executive benefits list, stating that all listed benefits were available. However, city wall tickets were not mentioned on the list, and I didn't give it much thought then. No staff member mentioned the city wall tickets to me even up until I checked out. On the day of my departure, I returned to the hotel around 4 PM, with about two hours to spare, so I inquired at the front desk about the city wall tickets. The front desk advised me to speak with the concierge. At the concierge desk, the staff patiently tried to book the tickets for me, but after several attempts, they were unable to secure a booking. It was only then we discovered that bookings are not accepted after 5 PM, and tickets could only be reserved for the following day. This wasted everyone's time. Both the Jiangnan Zaocai restaurant and the Helipad experience appointments were pre-arranged and confirmed with me by the hotel. So why was there no one to remind guests about the booking deadline for the city wall tickets?"

"I’ll start with the things that annoyed me about this hotel. The list is long… 1. How the hell are the rooms so expensive when the curtains are not automatically? You can’t move the curtains from the bedside. You have to get up and go move it all the way. 2. The Ac is so noisy and the only way you can turn it off is leave your bed and go right there 3. Only two switches next to the bed for the lights. All other switches by the door. In fact, it’s not a smart room though what I paid for showed they have everything. Paid almost 700 a night. 4. There’s no menu in the room and I called for menu and they said they’ll send someone but had to call back 30-45mins later and they sent someone with some kinda snack that I didn’t even ask for. Finally menu came an hour later after a series of calls. The only thing I liked was the bathroom and the views if am being honest. I paid for the highest floor but got put in the 38floor telling me the higher floors were out meanwhile I paid for it. One more thing, there’s bathtub but no bath soap nor salt. Like how you expect me to take a bath ???? Nahhh!!! They’ve got to put their game up!"

"I stayed at Wanda Realm Hotel this time, and I loved it! The lobby is so bright and spacious, and it looks high-end and refreshing. The room is also clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. Once I lie down, I feel relaxed and all the fatigue of the day has disappeared. The front desk service is even better, the attitude is super good, and the speed of checking in is done in a flash. They also recommended me many fun places around, and it feels like having a private tour guide. The breakfast is also super rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. Even a picky eater like me can find what I like. The location of the hotel is also very good, with Metro Exit 5 right outside the door, so it is convenient to go anywhere. Going to Nanjing South Railway Station or the airport, there is no need to worry about transportation problems. Next time I will definitely come here again, and I won’t consider other places!"

"As a long-established five-star hotel, the service is absolutely outstanding – warm, attentive, and professional. The location couldn't be more convenient! The subway station is right downstairs, and Xuanwu Lake Scenic Area is directly across the street. Gulou (Drum Tower) is also very close by, making it incredibly easy to get around to all the major attractions. The hotel's buffet breakfast consistently delivers excellent quality, truly living up to its five-star standard. The views from our floor were unparalleled, offering breathtaking panoramas of Xuanwu Lake and the Nanjing cityscape. The only minor quibble is that the main entrance is at the back of the building, which took a little searching for us first-timers, especially since the front desk is located on the 23rd floor. This made our initial check-in a bit confusing! Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic!"

"Excellent localization near laodongmen , good breakfast included in our choice. Hotel is clean, traditional and with very nice decoration. Near by a selection of restaurants and shops. 25 minutes from Nanjing south railway station and 20 minutes from the museum memorial of Nanjing massacre. The reception was good at the hotel and they can keep your luggage if you arrive earlier than 2:00pm or leave later than 12:00."
