Service and cleanliness were top-notch, no complaints there 👍 (just wish the butler's WeChat replies were a bit more timely). The location is excellent, right above Wuxiang Hangyang City, making parking, shopping, and dining incredibly convenient. I even caught a movie at Wanda after checking out.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased.
