Non-smokers please note that this listing includes both smoking and non-smoking variants! We did not notice this as other listings we've seen usually indicate whether the room itself is smoking/non-smoking. Additionally the front desk didn't ask for our preference when we were checking in. We only noticed the stench after we had settled in and were ready to sleep. The room is also equipped with a soundproofing door but we were still woken up by loud noises from the hallway and the room above. Besides these issues the room was generally spacious and bedding was comfortable.

The moment I stepped into the hotel, the familiar atmosphere of an old five-star hotel hit me. The perfect luxury and elegance made me relax instantly. When I checked in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and arranged a room on the 44th floor for me. During the entire stay, the service in the executive lounge impressed me the most. Yumei, like the warm sun in spring, has a bright smile, a lively and lovely personality, and can always keenly capture the needs of guests, making people feel warm. There are also Shizhi and Bindian, who are also enthusiastic and considerate. Their busy figures in the lounge have become a beautiful landscape here. They use professional and thoughtful services to make every guest feel at home. In contrast, the service in the fitness center on the 5th floor is so-so. When I met a male and female waiter, they all had cold faces. In short, the executive room is recommended, which is very cost-effective.

Good hotel. The subway stop is literally 5 minutes walk away. You can take the subway from the translation. The hotel is connected to Wanda plaza during the day. There's a little market aswell behind the Wanda. The room was bigger than expected. Good check in. The bed is comfy good pillows. Would definetly recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, and you can stroll along the Yongjiang River when you come out~ The service attitude is good, and the takeaways you order will be delivered to the door of the room, especially Miss Peng Jie is very patient and solves many problems for us. The mini zoo has alpacas, peacocks, and sika deer. The children like it very much and feed them carrots. The hotel breakfast is very rich. This is the best of the five or six hotels I stayed in Nanning this trip. It's great! I want to stay here next time I come to Nanning!

The hotel service is excellent, and the whole process from welcoming guests to check-in is cordial and thoughtful. The room is spacious and bright, with good lighting and a balcony, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel supplies are rich, including makeup remover, lotion, face towel, etc. In addition, the hotel also provides free afternoon tea, supper and dessert.

A grand hotel although it is more oriental style. Very near Metro. Airport bus service is right at the hotel. Beautiful 南湖 is nice for morning and evening walk. We booked a double room. The front dest staff was very pleasant and able to help us when asking for free upgrade to executive, non-smoking room with fantastic view to the lake. The room was very spacious and comfy. Front desk was also efficient to help us solving small issue of the room.

Service: Two mothers with two kids booked a twin room. When checking in at the front desk, I asked if they could help me put the beds together? Is breakfast included for a two-night stay? The lady at the front desk answered all my questions, but her attitude always made me feel uncomfortable. After arriving in the room, the hotel took the initiative to send toothbrushes, disposable slippers and bathrobes for the two kids. Facilities: The phone in the room was broken, and I couldn't get through when I wanted to call the room service Hygiene: The bedding was clean, but there was impurities in the kettle, so I didn't dare to use it

The hotel is located in the downtown area with convenient transportation and complete commercial facilities, but the room does not feel the rhythm of the hustle and bustle. Although the hotel is a commercial and residential complex, it has a dedicated hotel elevator, and you need to swipe your card to reach the floor. The hotel has a restaurant, gym, and laundry room. The room is bright and spacious!! The breakfast is rich and varied Hygiene: The bathroom is clean and has no watermarks. Service: Miss Zhang Zhang at the front desk is very nice. She took the initiative to upgrade the room for me and my family, and she was full of smiles🈵. She took the initiative to send children's washing supplies and slippers for my children! The hotel is very close to the night market. We arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. and walked to the night market. Although many stalls had closed, we could still get something to eat. The room was very new and not too small, but I really don't understand why a new hotel opened 24 years ago doesn't have electric curtains. In addition, the long sofa with a table was placed where the curtains were, so it was not convenient to open and close the curtains! I didn't see any sandals for the shower, and the phone in the room was just a decoration and couldn't make calls... Other than that, everything was ok, and the front desk service attitude was also good.

The location is a bit remote, five or six kilometers east of Nanning, next to a shopping mall called Aegean Sea. It is relatively deserted, with plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities are relatively new. There are clothes drying racks, which are suitable for transit and resting to wash some clothes. It is also close to Sam's Club, which is convenient for shopping the next day. The washbasin is next to the aisle, the bathroom and toilet space is quite wide, the layout of the smart toilet, coffee table and sofa is a bit strange, making the room a bit crowded. The black and white floor glue in the entrance aisle looks wrinkled and dirty, and the carpet next to the bed also looks dirty. It might be more comfortable to have a unified wooden floor, perhaps to protect the floor, but it reduces the check-in experience. The hotel's elevator is very smart and the operation efficiency is very high. The breakfast variety is a little less, but the taste is okay.
