Mountain View Hotels in Nanning

This hotel truly feels like a super five-star experience; every detail was absolutely perfect. Before I even arrived, they proactively called to ask about my needs. Check-in was quick, the facilities are excellent, and both the lobby and rooms are spacious and bright. The value for money is outstanding. It's a great place to eat, stay, and have fun. On the 52nd-floor rooftop, you can enjoy Western cuisine through a group deal while admiring Nanning's night view. The swimming pool is clean and bright, and the children's pool even has warm water, almost like a hot spring, so my kids didn't want to get out. I honestly feel it's a huge step up from the international brand hotel we stayed at on our first night in Nanning. Across the street is Nanhu Park, where you can stroll along the lakeside greenway in the evening and there are even amusement rides for kids. Staying at this hotel really elevated our entire Nanning and Chongzuo trip, leaving us happy and completely satisfied. If possible, I'd highly recommend staying for two nights or more. 120 thumbs up!

🏠Location: It’s right on the main road and you’re there immediately, unlike some B&Bs that require access to rural roads. 🍃Environment: I am very satisfied with the overall environment. Every corner is carefully decorated and there are views everywhere. There is a small swimming pool and a place for barbecue in the back. The overall facilities in the village are very good. It is comfortable to walk around. You can also play in the water in summer. . 🧍♀️Service: I went during the off-season, and the boss upgraded the tree house for free, which was great. Our group, three families, was the only one who went there on the weekend. The boss can communicate very well and asked what time would be suitable for breakfast the next day and which outdoor place can be used. The service attitude is super good. I forgot to take a photo of the breakfast. Auntie cooked delicious rice noodles and steamed buns. If we couldn’t finish them, she asked us to pack them for the children. The overall experience is great. If there is one area that needs to be improved, it is that the water in the bathroom is not hot enough and the water pressure is not enough. I hope the boss can see it😄 and I can take a nice bath next time.

It takes only one hour to drive from downtown Nanning. The air is fresh and the environment is cozy and quiet. Surrounded by pine forests, you can hear the chirping of insects and birds. It feels like being in a paradise, very relaxing, and perfect for daydreaming! The front desk service attitude is very warm and thoughtful, and they also help carry luggage to the room. The room decoration style is simple and elegant, the bed and pillow are very comfortable, and I fell asleep quickly after touching the pillow. The tropical rainforest landscape of Mingdu Xiaoyuan is unique, and it is very photogenic. The farmhouse dishes in the restaurant are delicious and affordable. Leisure tours around Nanning are highly recommended!

It seems that only Shangri-La and Longguang Nalun in Nanning offer 270-degree view rooms, but I prefer Marriott, so I chose Nalun. The parking lot has 5 floors. Since I rented an SUV with a height of 1.9 meters, and B2 and B3 are mostly mechanical parking spaces where it wouldn't fit, I drove to B4 and B5. To get from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, you need to change elevators once, and then another elevator from the lobby to the room. This is typical for super high-rise hotels, usually requiring two changes, but the elevators are fast enough, so you don't wait long. Since the hotel opened in 2019, the overall maintenance is still quite good. However, the in-room facilities show their age and look a bit old-fashioned. Most of the furniture is wooden, and I personally prefer a minimalist style, but there's not much that can be done about that. The bathroom in the 270-degree view room is very large with a double vanity, but the bedroom area is a bit small. Also, this room doesn't have a sofa, so after a day of sightseeing, you can only sit on the bed, which is a bit inconvenient. The hotel breakfast is decent, with different dishes each day and some 'hidden' menu items. The only issues were that the bathroom outlets were too loose, making it impossible to plug in a hairdryer, and the bedside outlets were too far from the bed, which was inconvenient for charging and using my phone. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. This was my first stop in Guangxi, and I'll try a suite at Nalun next time.

The accommodation in the hotel is all single-family villas, with a total of about 21 rooms. There are shuttle buses for travel, which are available on call. The security guards are also very good. At the beginning, they took the initiative to call a car for us. We booked a twin room, which is very large. There is no problem for two adults and two children to stay in. There is a separate desk, and there are sofas and coffee tables for entertaining guests. The environment in the hotel is super good, with a large area of ​​​​layered artificial lake landscape, small bridges and flowing water, pavilions and terraces, and an orchard, mainly litchi. There are peacocks, swans, white cranes and other animals raised in the manor. Both the elderly and children like it very much. The front desk provides free fish food for children, which gave me too many surprises. In addition, it is strongly recommended that people who need morning jogging, swimming and playing tennis bring their own equipment. I will come to this hotel again. If you suggest that the breakfast variety should be enriched, and it would be better if lunch and dinner can be opened as a buffet, so that you can directly relax and vacation without going out to eat. 😀😀

When we checked in, the front desk recommended the family rooms. My child loved the Doraemon theme, so we switched to that room type. My kid absolutely adored it! 💕 The room was spacious enough for them to run and jump around without a problem. They even had special slippers and a toothbrush set for kids, which was a very thoughtful touch! My child also enjoyed bathing in the tub, and the hotel provided disposable tub liners. The facilities were excellent. At night, my child was also fascinated by the Ferris wheel 🎡 from the large window, very satisfying.

The bedding was clean and comfortable, the room was tidy and spotless, and the whole place was smart home – the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! Free shuttle service to and from the station, subway service, close to Nanning East Railway Station, convenient transportation! Excellent front desk service! 👍

This hotel located in a very good location in downtown Nanning. The staff are very helpful and cooperative. But the hotel is pretty old. The restaurant looks like a village eating place. The elevators are also old and very slow despite having 6 of them. These six elevators do not seem synced in service so you need to press different buttons for different cabins which makes a chaos as it stops them in many random floors where nobody is waiting to get in.

Environment: Located on the fourth floor of Yongzhou Pavilion, navigate to Parking Lot 4. Beautiful scenery outside, opposite the west gate of Qingxiu Mountain, very convenient. Facilities: Spacious 2-bedroom, 1-living room suite with complete amenities. Cleanliness: Good by guesthouse standards. Service: Basic. Late check-out at 2 PM requires a positive review and a 100 RMB deposit.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful even the room attendant. Only setback was the cook was smoking at the dining area during breakfast which was very annoying for a non-smoker. Breakfast selection is alright, except same stuff everyday. A little daily variety would be appreciated.
