We really enjoyed our stay in this great hotel next to the airport. We spend here two days and everything looked really great. Rooms where really up to date with all the extra’s. The staff is number 1 why I would come back here (Haining and bingeing) They helped us with everything, trips, food etc. Also the people in the restaurant were really great. The chef asked us what we would like and they would cook these dishes. Haining gave the best service I ever experienced because we don’t speak any Chinese and wouldn’t come far without her.

First of all, the advantages of the hotel. It is very close to Wuxu Airport. The hotel has a free pick-up and drop-off service with free breakfast. Although the room is old, the shower is still relatively good, the water is relatively large, and the water temperature is stable.
Facilities: The furniture is a bit old, the TV is old, the room TV is not clear and there are horizontal stripes. The hotel room has the first floor, the hotel has its own restaurant, and there are several nightingale stalls about 800 meters outside the hotel at night.

Hotel location is great! It's really close to the airport, perfect for catching a flight or taking a short break in the early morning! And they have their own car for pick-up and drop-off. We added them in advance and asked if they could pick us up. The hotel is not big but has a quiet environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a large community behind the hotel with food and milk tea nearby. , takeaways can be delivered, the room is spacious and new with a reasonable layout, the bedding is new, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the shower gel smells good, and it is clean and tidy. The service staff is friendly and warm, highly recommended!

I took my parents to Guangxi for a trip. I stayed at this hotel for the convenience of Nanning Airport. The hotel is located near the airport and is very lively. There are vegetable markets and supermarkets around. The snacks at the night market are very rich and affordable. The triple room I stayed in was very large, with an elevator and complete facilities. It was very convenient to stay with the elderly. They sent us to the airport for free. We had an early flight and they arranged a wake-up call to send us to the airport. I was very satisfied!

TToon KeeHotel is at prime location close to food and shopping with walking distance to Nanning Railway, Nanning Railway Station Metro and airport bus is just on the opposite. There are 2 check-in area at different building. Entry to room level is via card. Room is clean and spacious with amenities provided including sanitized towel. Faculty tv remote was replaced with speed. Request for late check out at 3pm is available. Staff service is good. Hotel has a caring corner. Enjoyed my stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel is right outside the subway station. It is very convenient to take the subway or take a taxi. The hotel room is the same as on the platform. The breakfast is not included in the reservation. The front desk lady also gave a breakfast when checking in. The wardrobe is very large, and there are at least ten hangers. The room is quite large. In addition to chairs, there is also a small sofa. I took the picture of the TV while lying on the small sofa. It is worth the price of more than 300 per night. Generally, there is no problem, just don't flush a lot of paper at once when going to the toilet, the toilet may be blocked.

First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort.
The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Communication was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering recommendations for local spots to visit and eat. The location is excellent, very close to the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum and Sanjieliangxiang, you can walk there, there are parking spaces, convenient for self-driving tours. Convenient for eating on Fridays. The breakfast is rich in variety, with all kinds of noodles. Laoyou noodles are delicious.

GGuest UserOverall the hotel is well organzied. Only staff not smart, careful and not detailed in mind.
My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th.
another 2 bad experience were :
1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking...
2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again...
for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.

MMelbiesReally great hotel experience for us. After traveling for a month this was our last stop. We asked for a quiet room hoping we could finally have some peace and quiet. But this time of year there will be so many families with small children running and jumping around the rooms. The lady told us “we’ll give you a room no one likes.” Hahaha! But unfortunately we were still surrounded by loud families. Anyways the hotel lobby is very big and beautiful. The service was excellent. The doorman helped take our luggage up to the room. The room was very large and spacious. Huge bathroom with with separated toilet, sink/mirror, bathtub, and shower. The view was boring but we told the lady we didn’t care about the view. The bed was nice and soft, very comfortable. WiFi worked well. Water pressure for the bathtub and shower was great! Best water pressure I’ve experienced in 10 years of being in China. The bed is not facing the direction of the tv which usually bothers me as I like to watch tv/movies while lying in bed. But the tv in our room was set up to extend outwards and then towards our bed. That was really awesome as I have never seen any hotel do that before. Really great they did that 👍🏼👍🏼 our cleaning ladies did a great job everyday, they noticed we always drank the free waters and gave us a couple extras. So many small details helped us really enjoy our stay here. The location is also good. About 5-7 minute walk to the metro station. Cross the street via the metro station and there is a very large IMAX cinema and several shopping malls with lots of great food and entertainment options. The MIXC mall is about a 15 minute walk away. Great hotel, great service! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nanning. Thank you!

GGuest UserThe room hygiene is definitely not as good as chain hotels, but the attitude of the front desk is very good.
When I returned to Nanning that night, the suitcases had to be unpacked and checked. I waited in line for a long time, and the luggage was very heavy. It was already two or three in the morning when I arrived at the hotel. The landlord was very nice and extended my check-out time to 2:00 the next day. There was also a puppy sleeping at the front desk, which was super cute.
It is absolutely no problem to make do with one night. The bedding in the room is also very soft and comfortable, and the area is also large.
There are two small suggestions. One is that if someone smokes in the room, there is a tobacco smell as soon as you enter the room. It is recommended to clean the ashtray carefully; the second is to prepare a bottle or two of the hotel's ** mineral water. I was really thirsty when I went upstairs, but I didn't feel good without water to drink.
