Returning to Zhejiang from Fujian, I chose to rest here for a while, but I didn't expect a surprise. The hotel is on the edge of the city, very quiet and has a good environment. Had a lovely 3 night stay over Christmas break. Took a 3 hour high speed train from Shanghai. The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station with reservation made in advance. Everything was very smooth. When we arrived at the hotel, my kids enjoyed the buggy ride from the main lobby to our villa, where there was a nice tea, fruit, and pastries waiting for us. The hotel is very close to the National park. It’s about a 30 min walk to the south entrance where you can get tickets for the bus that takes you around the park to the hiking trails and bamboo raft trip. Remember to bring your passport. We forgot but our photos were accepted as ID. On our way out, we had some pictures taken on-site. We forgot to book in advance but the staff were very accommodating. We do not speak mandarin at all but we were able to get by with Google translate, WeChat, and some of the staff are English speaking. Overall, the Villas are very nice. The pictures look exactly as shown. A true 5 star. Would highly recommend.

We love this hotel stay that staff is so friendly with warm welcome us, upgrading our hotel stay to bigger rooms and help to bring some of our luggage to upper floor room, then we were treated with tea tasting and briefing on places of attractions of Wuyishan. Help to book a car transport to hotel from airport and ticket booking night show Impressive Daohopao, Wuyishan river rafting, and tour bus within Wuyishan mountain. The staff is soo kind to provide free gift of pack of tea and accommodate us to check out late after 1pm as our request. Thank you so much to their great service that I will recommend to my friend to put a stay here who would like to come for visiting Wuyishan.

I spent two happy and perfect days here during the May Day holiday. The accommodation environment is very good, the room is fully equipped with automatic facilities, clean and the mattress is comfortable. The B&B is located near the Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area. Transportation and food are very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The street view room we stayed in was also very quiet. SSharonWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended. The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour. The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

AAnja 安雅Lovely resort very out in the green, whilst close to Wuyigong palace, all peaks (Tianyoufeng, Dawangfeng, Shuilian Cave) as well as Duiia Qu for food. You can basically walk everywhere if you have enough time. The room was spacious and clean, the service was excellent, there is also a small travel agency that can take you for tea tasting and seeing how they grow and produce tea in Wuyishan. Breakfast was good, rather Chinese though. Receptionists were lovely and helpful, as well as room service. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Hotel General Manager, Angie, helped us a lot. As we barely speak Mandarin, she speaks English and helped us make bookings, and speak to the locals via phone when we encountered problems communicating. She recommended places that we would not have thought of and even suggested hotels in Xiamen for our next stop in our itinerary, and we chose the Holiday Inn next to the airport. Also suggested.places in other provinces we should go in our next trip to China.

MMD HussainLovely experience of feeling like home to home where ‘Young Little Moms’ 🤗 on duty at reception take care of their guests like their own babies. Neat & clean environment, spacious room and bathroom, tea table in the room, welcome gift bag with tea, cookies, dried apricots and tourist guide with the local map and area information is the cherry on top. Artistic touch to the room with lighting and comfortable beds. If the hotel can put a cupboard or proper wardrobe to hang clothes in room 8211….It would be a perfect family for 3 people to stay with one double bed and one single bed. I would love to stay here again. Being a holier, a professional advice to keep on adjusting / changing the price to make your room rates market competitive, this way you can increase your occupancy for higher annual revenue. Thank you for all your hospitality, care, support and homely feelings during my 2 nights stay. 💐💐💐

NNathan JJThis hotel is easily one of the best I have ever stayed at. The service is very warm. When I arrived there late at night, the woman at the check-in desk walked me through the various attractions in the Wuyishan Scenic Area, and provided a helpful map. Similarly, when I left, the hotel staff helped me arrange my taxi to the train station. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. They provide water bottles and Wuyishan tea. The shower was very comfortable, too. The room was a great place to relax after a long day of mountain climbing. There are many good amenities too. They sell Wuyishan tea sets at the front desk for a reasonable price. They have a self-service laundry room. They also have a yummy hot breakfast buffet for $25, which I think is reasonable as well. The woman running the breakfast buffet was very warm too. Finally, the location is good for exploring Wuyishan. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away where you can catch a free city bus to the South Entrance. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the Wuyi Palace, and there is a city bus you can catch to there too. The Sangu District, where the hotel is located, is clean and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed walking the main road at night. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Wuyishan.

MMaja VA great place! The owner is very kind and helpful, the room is clean and has a nice terrace to enjoy, when the weather is not too hot. The food is also amazing. When we arrived we first ate lunch and had this bamboo broth that was delicious. Also the way the welcome children is very heartwarming. They had a lot of toys they shared with our two boys and it was great when we came back in the evening and we wanted to relax a bit, the boys could play there. One evening the owner daughters had a birthday and they even shared the cake with them. Really so toughtful and nice! We chose this hotel also for it's location. Because we arrived in the afternoon, we still wanted to check some attractions and it was really perfect that the hotel is within and walking distance to bamboo rafting. When we were there the last ride was scheduled for 15:40, so we managed to have lunch and still came on time for the raft ride. Definitely a very good place to stay if you are in Wuyishan area.
