The lobby is big and new, everything is very good. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very nice. She responds to everything very patiently and meticulously. She also introduces interesting places nearby. The room is very good and clean. It's a great experience.

Don't stay here. In the summer, the air conditioner in the room is 25 degrees and the temperature drops significantly. The quilt is the thick one in winter. I asked the front desk to get a thinner quilt. He said he didn't have one. He kept complaining and asked the master to come at 12 o'clock in the evening. I checked the air conditioner, but it didn't work either. I woke up from the heat at night. I still have to praise Ctrip for actively helping me communicate with the hotel at midnight.

The name of the business room does not live up to its name. It is located in a corner at the end of the corridor. The shape of the room is not correct. The area circled in the picture protrudes towards the room and takes up a large area. The room is surprisingly small: the shower room is so small that it can only accommodate one person. Your head will bump when you stand or bend down; the bathroom is also very small; there should be two chairs in the room, but only one chair is placed. Originally, the chair should be placed between the window and the bed, because the space is small, so the chair is placed at the end corner of the bed , only one leg can pass. The service staff of the hotel were extremely unprofessional. When I checked in, I specifically asked for a room at the end of the corridor. The front desk said it was not at the end of the corridor. When I went to the room, I saw that it was at the end of the corridor. When I raised my doubts and dissatisfaction, the hotel staff blocked me and made various excuses.

The hotel is relatively new and the hygiene seems to be OK, but I don't know if there is a KTV upstairs or next to it, so it is quite noisy. Although I wrote a note in the hotel, it was still quite uncomfortable. After all, the price was not cheap. Maybe the hotel also knows that the KTV is very noisy, so it provides earplugs. Stars with sleep-sensitive sleep really can't fall asleep without earplugs.

The sound insulation is too bad. I booked three rooms and all three rooms were noisy. Karaoke was noisy until 2 o'clock, as if they were singing next door. The most important thing in a hotel is sleep. If you can't sleep, everything else is just a cloud! So I rate it poorly!

位置交通：從南韶高速南雄收費站出口到酒店也就不到20分的車程，是自駕趕路出行的理想歇腳點。 停車：酒店門前有停車場，也有專屬地庫，很便捷。 房間設施：合理、舒適。 衞生：整潔乾淨。美中不足的是沒有分無煙房和吸煙房，有待改進。 房間景觀：從房間就能俯瞰雄州公園。 服務：可以。

房間看上去，覺得很好，很乾凈，但是細看就發現好多地方都是臟的，桌子沒有察趕緊，哪邊都是有痕跡的。電話下還有頭髮。地理位置衹是很近公園，其他沒有什麼的。樓下的卡拉ok從10點多就開始唱，一直到凌晨2點。雖然不是很大聲，但是躺在床上就能聽到。還是住7樓呢，樓下的真不知道怎樣睡。 不過床跟枕頭還是舒服的

客房服務質量在南雄地區算是不錯的，房間的衞生也很好，電視需要比較麻煩的流程登記才能看，然後就是早餐的種類太少了

前台服務親和 禮貌 很棒。 房間整體乾淨衞生 晚上睡覺挺安靜 唯一空調聲音有的大，還有雙早， 如果第一次來南雄這是一個不錯的選擇
