It was clean and okay. Not a bad location though. Good service.

Check-in was smooth, and we also enjoyed the drink service and the large communal bath. Breakfast was delicious! It was great to be able to park for free in the large parking lot.

Driving is the most convenient. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is clean everywhere, especially the large bathing area where you can relax. The waiters are all friendly and kind. The restaurant mainly promotes Brazilian barbecue for lunch and dinner, which is unique.

First of all, the geographical location is quite a distance away from JR and Dentetsu Nara Station. The appearance is good, the waiters' attitude is also very good, and there are free drinks and books on the first floor for free use. However, the hotel's hardware facilities are no longer suitable for hotel stays. The beds, bathrooms, etc. are too old, and the TV is not as big as a laptop and is much smaller than a small refrigerator. The sewer was also clogged, and a foul smell of sewer hit me as I entered the door. I will probably not choose this hotel again. It was not a good experience. Of course, the service was very good, but the facilities were really poor.

I booked a single room with no meals included. But I was told that the room was on the 6th floor, and the elevator only went up to the 5th floor, so I had to take the stairs. The room was a smoking room and smelled of cigarettes. The washlet in the toilet didn't work, and when it did work, the water wouldn't stop, it was a disaster. Cheap rooms are no good! The shared bath was also small.

Toothbrushes, razors, tea bags, etc. are displayed on the shelves and you can take them yourself, so if you bring your own things, they won't go to waste. The front desk staff were also very kind.

The room facilities are relatively complete, the air quality in the room is not bad, the hygiene is acceptable, it is convenient to take the bus to the scenic spots, and there is storage for trolley cases. There are too many vehicles and too much noise at night, making it hard to sleep, and some staff members are of low quality.

Check-in was also good and smooth. Thanks to the large public bath, I was able to warm up slowly. Also, there were so many amenities that I was confused. The floor of the room was between boards, so it was a bit cold due to the season, which was disappointing.

The room was clean. There was a delicious small restaurant nearby, so it was convenient to be able to walk home after drinking. However, due to a boiler malfunction, there was no hot water or toilet in the morning, and there was no announcement until I checked with the front desk. Miraculously, water was available only in the communal toilet on the second floor, so I managed to do something, but I was at a loss because I couldn't get ready in the morning. When I went to the front desk, water was distributed free of charge, but they would only give it to me after I went there. It can't be helped that it's aging, but I think there could have been some countermeasures, such as directing people to affiliated hotels. I chose this hotel because I only wanted to sleep, but I regret not choosing a more proper hotel.

I was alone in a twin room, so it felt spacious. I was impressed by the free drinks server and the green and black tea bags provided. The side dishes at the breakfast buffet (1,100 yen) were pretty average, but the miso soup was plain unless you put your own chopped green onions into your bowl. Disappointingly, there was no power outlet in the sink area of ​​the unit bath, so the hair dryer couldn't be used. There was only a mirror in the sink area, and not one on the wall in front of the table where the power outlet was, so I couldn't style my hair. I asked the front desk to come to my room and confirm that there was no power outlet. For that reason, I rated the facility average (3 stars), but that may be a little lenient.

I would recommend it if it was just cheap, but the breakfast was just okay!
