The room was not as clean as we expected, and there was no room service for cleaning. Additionally, there is no on-site laundry room; the nearest one is a 15-minute walk away.

The hotel is just opposite the kofuku-ji temple, with a beautiful window view of the five story pagoda from our room. Although it is near the attraction, it is quiet at night. Location is 5 mins walk away from station.

It was brilliant. The view is so beautiful and you can slow down your steps by walk along the lake and temples.

💁🏻♂️我的入住建議：商務或情侶出行優選。我們一家4人，1.3米的床睡2人還是有點擠了。
🟢裝修與衞生（5分）
•裝修挺新的，房間乾淨衞生，床品、毛巾和浴巾衞生無異味。
🟢設施（4.5分）
•日立空調給力的，但安裝位置不好，冷風會吹到床上，避也避不開。有小尺寸電視，全是日語台。203房沒有洗衣機。衞生間是帶浴缸和淋浴的一體式衞浴。日本酒店標配智能馬桶蓋，挺好。
•有微波爐、小冰箱，和其他一次性用品。
🟢服務（2分）
•與商家的溝通比較困難，攜程無人問津，郵件回覆也慢。雖然同意提前入住，但需要大門密碼自行入住。我們在樓下大門口無法進入，發郵件索要密碼，遲遲無回覆，打電話也沒有接通，是直接按攜程電話連結撥打不對嗎？最終等了10分鐘才收到郵件回覆。天很熱，很無奈啊！
•建議店家遇到中國客人，是否可以考慮加微信溝通呢？那樣溝通才及時，客户體驗會更好。
🟢周邊及隔音（3分）
•房間在小路邊，晚上偶爾有摩託進過，會被吵到。店家有配耳塞，但還是不太行。
•離奈良公園比較近。

千萬不要訂此酒店，一所騙人的酒店，而且酒店一個職員也無。
1. 我訂是2個大窗的角落位大房，已在訂單寫明要這房間。
說明是2-3樓的32米房。
結果他們只透過電郵給我403房間的密碼，給了403房間，又黑又暗，開窗是對著牆。
不管用Line或電郵也無人回覆，
找trip.com客服，經trip.com與酒店聯絡，酒店職員不肯換房，也不覺得有錯。
寫明是2-3樓房間，給了4樓更細更暗的房，騙錢。
2. 更可怕
晚上12時，3度之下，房間暖氣不足，無人聯絡，找trip.com聯絡酒店亦無人回覆。
冷得我發燒，房間不夠被子，不夠暖氣。

熱水爐寫著「不可浸浴，熱水無法持續長期供應」。
天氣又冷，無足夠熱水，也無足夠暖氣
最可怕是無職員處理！
錢收了便不理客人死活。

區域位置很好 就在若草公園旁 除了自助辦理入住讓人感覺頭大 考驗英文，其他都不錯。價格和服務都匹配。衞生也可以。
